I placed an Uber eats order with them last week and had the most unpleasant experience. I had called asking a question about my order and the person working the phones responded “are you kidding me” and continued to be so combative, nasty and unprofessional. It was disturbing and unnecessary. Will not be ordering from here ever again.
Just called to ask if they were delivering during the snow and the guy who picked up said “ya that’s why I answered the phone” AND THEN HUNG UP. So glad we didn’t order from here as no one with that attitude is going to get my money.
