If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I got $45-$50 worth of food from them, ended up with food poisoning and in the hospital. We called to tell them and see if we could get a refund, they then preceeded to tell us they had to call 5 people who ordered before us and 5 people who ordered after us and that would determine whether or not "we were lieing". I don't understand how you can tell people who work 24/7 and only have time to eat once a day and that one time we decide to eat something we choose dominos and get sick and now we're liars that just want they're money back. Definitely wouldn't recommend going here, the people are disrespectful and completely ignore you when you walk in. In case you're wondering what we bought. Garlic knots, lava cakes, cinnamon twists, loaded buffalo chicken, and an Alfredo pan pizza with pineapples.

Ordered online. Said it would take 25-30 min. I arrive at the 25 min mark. He says just a few more minutes. Okay, fine, no biggie. It was a large order. I notice the shelves where they have orders that have been completed. I had a sizable order and noticed this one stack of boxes matched what I ordered but figured, it's a weekend holiday, prolly alot of big orders tonight. I proceed to stand there waiting for another 40 minutes. Guy asks for my name again. He proceeds to go to a fridge in the back and retrieve two salads and the PIZZAS I NOTICED ON THE SHELF OVER HALF AN HOUR BEFORE. SO basically, I waited 40 min for a dude to grab two premade salads from a fridge. He brings it all up to the counter and I said "these pizzas have been sitting there over half an hour." He asked if I wanted a refund. At this point I just wanted to go home and good God, the refund probably would've taken half an hour as well. We had to reheat some of the food in the microwave. F this place.

The worst pizza ever. I refer to the pictures I attached. The pizza was just bread with minimal topping. And disgustingly there was a long black hair in the pizza! Will not buy ever again. Food zero!

I received an entirely wrong order. I was ok with the pizza being wrong to a point, I could just pick off what I wouldn't/couldn't eat. But then I pulled apart the cheesy bread and it was entirely wrong too. So disappointing.

Our experience here was great friendly staff and our order was ready within 20 minutes, hot and ready. Really wish I did take the photos as I'm seeing so much reviews not so great. Just so you know order number #594 on Nov 12, 2024. Thank you guys as this will be our location moving forward.

We ordered a pizza and some wings, and even almost an hour and a half later, no update on the food other than that it’s being prepared. I tried calling the store but was on hold, hearing some automated voice for 20 minutes before being hung up on. This is a real example of some of the worst customer service out there, it’s not that hard to pick up a phone.

ordered a pizza at 8:30pm tonight and it’s currently 10:30 and it still hasn’t arrived… tried calling them and stayed on the phone for almost 10 mins on hold… ridiculous doesn’t even deliver one star for service… i recommend papa johns instead and papa johns has stuffed crust! Don’t waste your time with this place, Papa johns is the place to go!
