I have been coming to this Domino’s every month for years. Whoever made my pizza tonight, blew my mind. That pizza was perfect! Cooked to perfection. I didn’t look at name tags to know who made my pizza, but thank you so much.

Pizza, everything you expect from a Domino's. It was very close to closing time (20 Min), so I placed my order for carry out in the app and was already just about to the storefront so I knew I'd get there in time. The store called as soon as they received the order to let me know they wouldn't be able to let me in to pick up the order if I wasn't there before closing. Got in and out in 12 minutes, just before they closed, took it home, and enjoyed my late night snack, cooked to the exact expectations I was craving!

Waited over an hour and a half for my pizza. Never got the pizza or an apology from the manager and he didn't offer to make the situation right. Avoid this place at all cost.

Don't order delivery from this place unless you want to wait forever for cold pizza. I even called and asked why has my pizza been out of the oven for 45 minutes and not on the road yet. The owner needs to fire the manager down to the delivery driver and start over. This Domino's is absolutely pathetic.

Service was awful. The main guy was visibly rolling his eyes whenever me and my wife came in to order.Not to mention there was trash all over the place. No gloves in sight, so if you can go to Little Caesars, or quite literally anywhere else.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. Placed my order and advised by website of an average of 30 minutes until delivery. Confirmation email states 27-37 minutes. An hour later I still didn’t have my food so I contacted the location. First attempt they just disconnected the call. Second attempt they just say they are busy and haven’t even looked at my order and it will be at least another hour. They don’t apologise at all. Literally just say “well we’re busy” and then say “so do you want it or not”. When I said no because they can’t even confirm if it will be delivered in the next hour they just say ok and try the end the call with no details on refunds and still no apologises. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this exact same issue with this location. They don’t even bother to contact customers and explain that there’s such a huge delay. Last time I’ll ever attempt to order from there.
Arrived at the Domino's @1601 N Gallatin Pk. @ 10:45 pm. The manager and one other employee were there. The employee who took my order was polite (account for the 2 stars). I had a toddler with me and asked the manager if I could use the restroom. He told me that it was not open to the public. Asked him if he would make an exception being that it was a child and my order was already being made. He refused. So after already being there for 10 minutes, I had to cancel my order and leave. I just think that the manager should have made an exception since the situation involved a child and to save the sell.

This is our favorite Domino's in Madison. They always make our pizzas the best. Love the brownie cookie and the handmade pan pizzas. Thanks you guys y'all are awesome ??
