I ordered via the app today. After waiting over 30 minutes from the app’s update of the pizza being out of the oven , I called. A young man answered and told me that they didn’t deliver. As a customer , one wonders why didn’t they call and update me. He rudely told me that I could come pick it up. He stated I’d receive an email about the voided transaction; which I didn’t .
