We get dominos pizza every week for my sons because that is there favorite food and they only eat there pizza from there because no place can place such delicious pizza like them.

I ordered delivery and the driver (older guy) didn't knock or anything but left the pizzas outside on my rocking chair. I ordered delivery again this time the driver (young adult guy) knocked and delivered the pizzas right to me which was much better. Pizzas were good but the wings are laughable! I ordered lemon pepper and BBQ wings both were drenched in sauce! I'm like, wow, there's more sauce than wings! I'll stick with the pizzas from now on.

Customer service needs help. Last time I ordered forgot items I ordered. Ordered again over the phone made mention about the items they forgot, associate said the he would not charge me and send them along with this order and guess what.. they forgot again AND… the driver didn’t knock on my door.. set the pizza on the porch I saw it went to grab it and there were ANTS all in side..so dissipating. Will be a while before I get pizza from Brentwood/Nolensville Dominoes again

Ultra slow delivery. Waited over an hour when the tracker stated 26 minutes and didn't update. I called them and was told it would be at least another 40 minutes. I cancelled; 2 hours is way, way, way, to long for mid pizza. Do NOT order delivery from this location!
Delivery estimate 30 minutes. 2 hours later say it'll be atleast another 40 minutes before the driver even leaves the store. But don't worry the pizza has been out of the oven for an hour.
So pizza would arrive 2 hours after being out of the oven and 2.5 hours after the estimate. Something is very wrong with this location for this to have become acceptable

I just don’t get it. This place never gets orders right. They never put the right toppings on. It happened so many times via the app, I called and got credit for replacements. Was told new management was working to correct the ongoing quality issues. Tonight I called in and ordered a “veggie lovers” with extra mushrooms. You would think it would have every vegetable they have on it. See pic 1 and count the veggies. Also ordered another thin crust with several toppings. The toppings were not all there and other toppings were sparse . Ordered extra sauce which didn’t happen. Please do better..at the bare minimum, get the toppings right! It’s kind of the most important part of getting pizza right.

I have tried to order food 3 times from this place. Each time my order was cancelled, when I had called thinking “they are busy, and I’ll pick it up” the guy working said he would put me on a brief hold and I sat on hold for 12 minutes just to have him hang up the phone. I will never order again from this store. Super disappointed. I would highly suggest ANYWHERE but this dominoes. I hope people see/read this review to stay away from this location.
