If I could 0 reviews, I would! I have ordered pizza from this place numerous times and this time just takes the cake. My delivery driver who name is MICHAEL called me to let me know he was outside my building and could not get in. I was very apologetic and said give me about 5 and I’ll be right down. My boyfriend went down and not only was there no delivery driver, there was no PIZZA either! I called the dominos to let them know and the driver informed me that he ‘left the pizza outside of the apartment complex because he could not wait any longer’. Mind you my boyfriend walked straight downstairs as soon as I hung up the phone. I asked why did he not call me to just know he would have to leave it outside and he said he did but that was simply untrue. After that they literally hung up the phone in my face. Steer clear of this dominos! The workers will not handle your food with care and the manager will allow it! If anything, this dominos should just be closed all together.

Ordered nearly $100 worth of food, delivery was marked as complete despite the driver never even leaving the store. Calls to the store went unanswered until I complained to corporate and finally received a refund still with no explanation. I understand it’s a trash college town pizza place but at least cancel my order instead of indicating it’s delivered and wasting my time.

Call to store puts me on the machine with nonsense offers. No one picks up the call for being on the call for 15 mins, also. Dominos tracker doesn't show anything after delivery check for 40 mins. Worst experience at ordering pizza online at this store... don't waste your time at this Dominos store!!!

The lady only wore a glove on one hand and never changed it, just rinsed her hands under the water after every order. When I placed my order I inquired about the 20% off and she said they only apply it if the customer asks about it. This place is so dirty and needs to be reported to the health dept

Placed an order here worth $38. They called me, but I didn’t answer because who is calling me at midnight. They didn’t leave a voicemail or a text letting me know anything. I get a message saying my order was delivered @12:07 but they but they called @11:57 but the officer waiting never received it. How can you say it’s delivered but you never drove here. I called this company and he said they don’t delivery in the area of the college after 4pm. There’s nothing on the site that says they have a cut off time as to where they deliver. Ive gotten Taco Bell and Wing stop delivered over here due to me working night shift with no problem. I even told them there will be an officer waiting.

Was on hold for over 40 minutes trying to get a answer on where my wings were they answered never confirmed what I said to them and placed me on hold again for 10 more min I had to hand up and call back again !!!
