The delivery driver, in particular, was truly outstanding. Not only did they arrive right on time, but they also took the extra step to offer me an additional garlic cup because they noticed I had tipped them well. It's gestures like these that truly make a difference and show the dedication of the staff at Domino's.As for the food, it was delicious as always. I ordered online, I did not realize I ordered 2 pasta dishes and a medium pizza, I get to the store and asked the "general manager" to remove 1 of the pasta dish, she did not know how to remove the item and got upset and was very rude, then I asked her for the manager opps, she was the manager, well this big fat white dude told me to leave the store, I was not being rude or ever raised my voice, the "KAREN", I mean "general manager" is upset because, I said "you don't know how to remove an item" she was punching on the computer screen and whipped it around to show me that she is pressing a button and nothing is happening, ultimately, I just had her to refund me, she then throws my order to the side, and slammed my receipt on the counter, and YUP, said leave or SHE WILL CALL THE POLICE? I am like, what the police for what? because you don't know how to work the computer? it was another customer that jumped in and was like... call the POLICE for what? the big fat due was very rude as well, I will never visit this location again. I called corporate and have a CASE against this location and my take legal action. CASE ID: 7000164. This occurred on 3/8/2024 @ approx. 6:43pm

Their deals are the best & food is affordable. Really good food.
For the past few years me and my coworkers have been ordering from this location with little to no issues. But the past couple deliveries were unacceptable. The last time I ordered the tracker showed delivered and never showed up, and when I called the store the delivery driver “David” got on the phone and tried to argue that I already got my food, that he delivered it at a location three buildings down from where I work, and called me by the wrong name. When they finally admitted to taking it to the wrong location I was able to get a refund. Will not be ordering again.

Used to be good, now they often burn pizzas, under do topping and do not care.
Pizza was dry and trash. I asked for extra marinara sauce and the pizza was dry as cardboard with barely any toppings. Take your money elsewhere.

I just spent $30 on a large chicken Alfredo pizza ? and 8 piece plain baked wings... my pizza was very unacceptable.I had a taste for it and a pregnant wife... you burnt my pizza and didn't try to fix it but serve it to me like it was cool. If you were in my shoes I bet you wouldn't have serve it .But even though it was thin crust the whole crust was burnt!!! My sauce dried out ... you couldn't even tell I ordered extra cheese!!!The wings were superb, and great !

Waited 40 MINUTES just to have my order canceled. I work late hours at the hospital so when I get off work there isn't much left open. By the time they canceled my order at 1:30 in the morning, I basically have no options. This is the second time in a row my order was canceled because they didn't have the proper amount of staff to make a delivery.
