Put an online order in at 2 with a promised delivery time between 2:18-2:29, at 2:40 I called asking about the ETA, because even the tracker kept saying “prep” for the entire 40 minutes. When I called, the manager interrupted me and goes “I haven’t made it yet”. When I asked why, she said they didn’t have any drivers. So I canceled the order. Don’t you think, as a manager, she should’ve called me to let me know it would take longer because they’re short staffed? Instead of being inconsiderate and rude? Clearly doesn’t care about customer service because at the end of the day, she’s still getting paid for showing up.

Went to Dominos for the first time in a long time. The store was extremely clean. Michael was kind and professional. The crust was perfect. Toppings were fresh. With lots of options for pizza in the area and I will be sticking to Dominos! 10/10!!

I ordered a pizza for delivery and the manager said they are not allowed to deliver at our apartments because of complications. They don’t want to walk up the stairs!!! You get paid to deliver the pizza

Delivery lady was nice, however I paid for 3 different toppings. Got plenty of pepperoni but relieved like 3 pieces of jalapeño and pineapple. Only 3 slices even had one piece of jalapeño or pineapple.
If we pay for toppings, then we should get more than 3 little pieces.

Can I give zero stars. Order from Jets, Order from Jets, Order from Jets. Guess Domino's does not need the business. So when we didn't hear the knock on the door, the driver l ft the pizzas on the front porch...no phone call to let us know. It's 5:23 pm now. We finally called about an hour ago. Just brought them inside from an order we made for lunch. Class act Dominos. The only thing hot and fresh about this was the sarcasm from the employee who answered the phone.

Summary: Save your money and time. We used the app to order, and track progress (as with most all platforms). The pizza was baked and setting in "QC" for over an hour. Total time, from order to delivery, 1hr 53 minutes. Everything was cold. Adding insult to injury, despite Domino's "no shrinkflation" promo, we did not receive an upgrade to a large for either pizza. It wold have been quicker to go to the grocery store, purchase frozen pizza, come home and cook it ourselves, it would have been warmer too.

Slowest dominos in town. When you order they give you the time it’s supposed to take, and it’s never ready anywhere near that time.

We wanted to try the “New York style” pizza so we ordered one—unfortunately when we got the pizza, there was only cheese on about half the slices and the rest were just bread. Very disappointing, we won’t be trying this again :/
