Waited for 2 hours at the hotel and the food said delivered but never came. Waste of time and money. Even called me prior to delivery to confirm my address and what I ordered. Still didn’t show. Don’t waste your time here.

At the end of my order I ordered a Parmesan cheese.... I got all the way home just to find out it's halfway open.... By it being a white substance and powdery don't sit right with me.!! Folks can't be trusted !! All he said is I can change it out like I'm about to drive all they way back up there for something that was supposed to be sealed closed!!!

The store manager contacted me regarding my complaint and informed me that my address had been blocked due to a pizza delivery issue. Apparently, the individual who ordered the pizza had disputed the charge with their credit card company, claiming they never ordered it. Manager Jack, who is located on Clarksville Highway in Nashville who identified himself as the store owner, refused to lift the block on my address despite my explanation that I had not ordered or paid for any pizza. He disclosed the name of the person (Kalaysia Middlebrooks and Malaysia knight who disputed the charges) who allegedly ordered the pizza, and I assured him that I did not know these individual and suggested that the driver may have provided incorrect information. This incident occurred on February 3rd. This year. Jack remained adamant that my address would remain blocked. He mentioned that he had lost $50 due to someone stealing from him, which I perceived as an insult, implying that I was a liar and a thief. Furthermore, he warned that any future complaints would be handled in the same manner. I reiterated to Jack that I had not received the pizza delivery and had not placed the order, suggesting that he should investigate the matter with his driver. I feel I have been wrongly accused of something I did not do and request that my address be unblocked.I encountered poor service from Manager Jack at Domino's on Clarksville Highway, who displayed a rude and inconsiderate demeanor. It would be beneficial for him to receive additional customer service training to enhance his interpersonal skills.

Now this is hilarious my granddaughter asked me did we get banned from ordering dominos because her mom just tried to order pizza for them. Well I guess Jack the owner didn't like my review from him being rude and pretty much called me a liar about my order. YES YOU WERE VERY RUDE and when your driver came back and showed you the salad that was brown, you didn't even send an apology as a owner should have. When I called I wasn't even rude until Jack got rude. Please believe you're not hurting my feelings blocking my granddaughter from ordering because as for me I will NEVER spend another dime at dominos the only reason I order from there because it's literally down the street I prefer other pizza places anyway. It's just okay. The pizza changes with who is on shift, like sometimes the crust is thicker other times noticeably thinner. If you do delivery, I would not get creative or order any sauces. If they're out of something they will just give you what they want. Don't even bother to tip because the driver won't verify that you get everything you've ordered. If you want a cheap pepperoni or cheese pizza, dominoes is fine for that.

The manager stop his store from delivering to my address,he even stop doordash from coming to my address some kind of way,but he get mad at us because my order was screwed up and I just wanted my food remade,he tells me he just going to refund my money and I can't order from they no more.👎👎👎👎👎 his attitude is terrible and I could've easily escalated that situation but I kept it cool that night
