Pizzas were OK but the wings I ordered were soggy and cold and the garlic mozzarella bites or whatever it didn’t come with marinara sauce ???

This is the second time I order up a pizza and they always come with some BS. First time. They didn’t bring me the Coke, and today they brought me another drink and I ordered up a pizza with everything extra on it. And they just brought me a regular pizza. NO GOOD!!! two times in a row.

This place is a joke!!! I started my order at 600pm! After 45 mins of issues with their website, and on hold with them for over 20 mins, I finally got my order in. They didn't put in the oven until 720. Now it's past 8pm and still no food! It shows delivered so I called the store and after an 8 minute hold i called back. Was told a driver took it and brought it back to the store. Serious issues going on at this location, not to mention my diabetic bf has been waiting for food! What a complete circus and there's no excuse for this!!

This place seems like they cannot handle a rush at all. The waiting takes so long to get your food. The manager needs to be replace immediately. Or this place will lose a lot of customers.

The management at this location is extremely unprofessional. I placed an order through the app, which indicated it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when I arrived, I was told it would take an additional 40 minutes. When I tried to address the issue, the manager responded in an angry and unprofessional manner. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this Domino’s location.

This is Domino’s—there’s no need to describe the food. What I will say is the service at this location has been exceptional. Not only is the food prepared well, but the service is friendly and fast. That all sounds like it should be a given, but in this corridor of Dickerson Pike, it’s nothing short of a miracle. Kudos to the managers and crew at this location.
I put in a large last minute order for 17 pizza's this morning. They had my pizza ready for me in less than 25 mins. The Young man and young lady that worked there was very nice. They had just opened and they were able to get to my order right away. I wish I could remember there names.
