Do not get the oven baked pasta from the Donelson branch on Lebanon Pk. It's skimpy and not cooked right. It doesn't look like the menu picture. We've tried multiple times because their our local branch but they will not get it right. It's not eatable. I use to get this item twice a week in Key West Florida and Ohio, and it was great. I tried to tell them, but now I'm concerned they're doing it intentionally.
Found a hair in my food ask manager to replace my order he said no we are busy it would be at least two hours I am just going to credit you some on your account

Things were nice, and i found it unusual that they didn't have a tipbox and a lady working on sundays is rude and i asked her how you were, and she ignored and squished the pizza lofe.

Comically horrible service. So bad I’m on here writing a review. We got the wrong order & tried to call to fix it and was on hold for an hour, they never answered.
We ordered two pizzas and cheese bites for delivery. It said it would take 45 minutes, it took two hours. They didn’t ring the doorbell or knock when they dropped it off. So it sat outside in 15 degree weather until we found it. ( we checked our online portal to see the status throughout the two hours )
The order was wrong. We ordered two pizzas and Parmesan bread bites. We got one pizza with pineapples and two pastas.
My partner and I both called and we were on hold for an hour, no one answered. We eventually drove to store, when we got there It did not look busy what so ever. My partner and I were both currently on hold while we pulled up to the store. They did not seem very sorry, they asked if we ate the food we got and said we could park and wait 35 minutes for our order to be made again. we got a refund.
I asked why I was on hold for an hour & no one ever got back to me and they said that “a lot of people call”
Apparently they were closing at 9 when we got there but it says they close at 12 online? Just absolute horrible service all around

Jordan prepped the pizza and turned out great! Llambi (delivery) was also nice and prompt. Would order from again!

Rude staff. Kicked us out while we already reached there on time, also went inside to check for our order but it wasn’t ready, so we just waited outside the door. Them, instead of letting us know and giving us our order jn hands, instead they locked us out while we waited for the order. Made us wait for more than 15 minutes. And then instead of giving us the order, asked to come to the drive thru door. It was very mean and unnecessary, could have just given us our order then and there. Slow service and impolite staff girl with green hair. Insects roaming around inside the place and so small and dirty, almost looks like a fake domino’s. Its located at a such a haunted corner, looks shady even to park and get in. Never coming back.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarians should know that the place is not organised and clean at all, and they might eventually mix meat in there

Wheelchair accessibility: I dont think they will welcome specially abled people, as they don’t even treat regular customers well.

I had just landed in BNA from a long weekend at a festival and wanted some pizza. So decided to order it, it arrived promptly and just before our ride got in. When my friend and I went to dig in, we saw we had a wrong one. I filled out the Pizza Insurance thing, and Amber and her team made it right and was able to pick it up on my way out, even though she had offered to have someone drop it off. Overall great recovery by the team at this Domino’s

I came in for a pick up, it wasn’t ready (we got there early). But as soon as we stepped inside it made sense, the workers inside (Myles and another young lady with braids) were working fast and trying to push out orders. I work in the food industry and know how things can pick up quickly and you can get behind. There was a customer who came in and wanted a refund to his card immediately, but as everybody knows, that takes a couple of days to return. Myles and Brian did everything they could in their power to fix it but this customer was still not happy. I just wanted to give credit where credit is due… They are doing their job and they’re doing a great job at it!
