Not a good experience. Not what I ordered. Weird closed storefront. Drive thru only. No menu, can't see any donuts. Weird vibes. Not great food.

Have not had too much experience with the Donut Chain and probably will not go to any others if this is the level of donut that you receive. No connection whatsoever with their donuts. 2 stars is actually being very generous. They don't would not come close to being on the Top Donut board in any capacity. Maybe as a local donut shop, but not getting any awards from me.

They only have the drive thru option, which sucked as a person who likes to look at my donut options, but then she made my donut toppings fresh when I ordered, so i suppose it was ok. Friendly cashier and under $3 for 2 donuts is unheard of these days.

The outside of building is rough. Service is drive thru only & slow. Donuts tasted like a heated up frozen donut, fresh out of the microwave.

Got these for the first time today. They were really good! Don't normally like cake donuts but tried one of theirs. It was very good! Also had the egg and cheese croissant, very good as well.
This little donut shop is yummy. It’s drive-thru only, and the hours are ambiguous on the sign. I got some excellent old-fashioned Boston creme donuts, and they were dripping in a rich frosting. The donuts weren’t served warm, which is a bummer and why I took a star off. Also, I got a cortado with almond milk that was strong but just basic coffee. This is a lovely spot to swing through and grab a donut from a small business.

I'm originally from a southern WV city where Donut Connection is just as popular if not more than Dunkin Donuts. We live in Chattanooga these days and taking a nearly 6 hour trip for donuts is out of the question, but a two and a half hour day trip is nice.We come through here around 4pm and they still have every donut we ask about. Not only that they were the sweetest people. We ordered three dozen donuts and the lady working window really wowed us. We first named off a variety of 18 donuts and she didn't take a single note yet was able to repeat back to us correctly what we wanted. We all said no can't do her like that again and wrote another order of 18 for my friends who came along.We got our donuts fairly quick, and most were fresh made too I think. The cook offered us free coffee and the lady working the window made it for us with cream and sugar and it was so good.What a great welcome to the city's hospitality. I don't know when we'll be back but we will definitely stop by again some time, and recommend any travler to add this donut shop to your trip because it is we'll worth it.
