We made a quick Friday morning stop while rushing kids to school. The donut holes, chocolate sprinkle, apple fritter, and sausage/cheese kolache were all delicious. We will definitely stop in again!

Don’t believe the review below mine that I am currently leaving. That “your mom” account took those photos from a GOOD review from a few years ago.

Anyway, these are the best donuts in the area. Fresh blueberry cake, soft fresh glazed, and the doughssant was amazing. The lady that works behind the counter early in the AM gave me all fresh hot glazed donuts and was super nice. This shop replaced Mcgaugh’s for me 🤮(where the guy at Mcgaugh’s scoops the glaze up with his literal bare hands to glaze the donuts a second time which is absolutely unnecessary 🤦‍♂️)

I genuinely hate to give this place a bad review, but here’s what you should know. I’ve been eating at donut palace for years, And I’ve been a real enthusiast that they have the best doughnuts/food. However this place does not. It was my first time coming to this location and the only thing good was that the staff was nice. I did notice that it didn’t look very clean in there, the cook was back in the kitchen with a fluffy hat on while he had his hands on dough. I’ve worked in several kitchens clean and dirty and this just rubbed me the wrong way. Anywho the food was garbage it looks and tastes like an off brand version of the donut palace I know and love. I could list all the things that were wrong but that’s generally it, poor quality, overly sweet doughnuts, and bland . You would think with it being a chain restaurant there would be recipes they would follow but coming here made it obvious to me that the cook needs to call the Murfreesboro location and take notes. I’m genuinely upset that I waisted my time and money coming to this place and i definitely won’t be coming back. had I known I wouldn’t have ordered enough for a family (so it would last a few days). If that was a lot for you just know the Murfreesboro location stands on business, don’t let this place define donut palace for you! Also here is come comparison these are the same things!!!

Thr staff is always helpful and patient while you choose from a large variety of donuts and pastries. The fruity pebbles donuts are some of my favorites!

This was my first experience here. The breakfast Croissant was incredible and affordable, super buttery crispy crust with quality ingredients. The orange and blueberry donuts were also top notch and you can tell they use real fruit for flavoring, the only thing that didn’t impress me was the chocolate glazed. Overall a good spot, and they gave me free donut holes.

The best doughnuts in Nashville... I know, I've tried them all.

I tried a variety of options and enjoyed them all. Pictured: Maple bacon, red velvet, fruity pebble, apple fritter, and glazed doughssant. I also purchased doughnut holes and a pig in the blanket x add two Yoo-hoos and my total was just over $20. The maple bacon could’ve been more bacon forward but overall solid. I came for the doughssant - it didn’t disappoint. The pig in the blanket was nicely cooked but the bread to meat ratio was too heavy on the bread. Unfortunately for my waist line, I’ll be back. Delicious alternative to chain doughnuts.

It's very hard to find a good, flavorful apple fritter that's not fried into oblivion. The fritters here are PERFECTLY done!!
