1st time here very friendly staff..loved that they have a detailed menu for old people like me..lol I know straight up coffee...what's a what? They quit serving regular coffee at 1pm, but an Americano is an Espresso with water..tastes the same to me..it is great!!! No pink sugar there, but I have my own box..sp no problems. Definitely recommended

We were staying at the Hilton across the street and were blown away by how good this place was! Known for their coffee, I must say their breakfast is quite good as well.

My mind is absolutely blown that this is a top ranked spot in Nashville. The parking is awful. The wait is not worth what you get. Have given them multiple chances and tried different drinks. It all taste awful. Def seems like more of a hipster college kid spot. All hype. Not great coffee by any means. Everyone is shoulder to shoulder hardly any room.

I was so looking forward to visit this place. I asked for a caramel iced latte and got black coffee with ice. When I asked the guy helping with the drinks he told me to get creamer from the otherside counter. I asked him what about cold foam just to make the coffee lighter and his response was yea wr have it but that is extra charge. I mean, I just spend $32 on a biscuit sandwich, 2 desserts a d and iced coffee that was incorrectly served. Not coming back to be honest. Customer service for me is crucial and if you dont recover your guest after serving wrong, it says a lot of the service!
