One of the best lattes I've had in Nashville. Very nice staff, clean restrooms, and nice space. My only comment would be the music being *slightly* too loud. I felt like I had to talk really loudly to the person across the table. Otherwise, totally worth stopping in for a great cup of coffee ☕

I happened to witness the exchange that led to the previous 1-star review. From what I saw, the only person who was rude and disrespectful was the reviewer himself. He was childish, condescending, and it seemed like he was just trying to get something for free. He also misrepresented his name, which is actually Karen.
The staff, on the other hand, was calm and professional. I've been here several times. The service, food and coffee is always great. It's really unfortunate that people in the service industry have to deal with customers like this.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was bad enough that I feel like people should know. The biggest issue was the service—specifically from Trevor. He was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience.
Simple questions were met with attitude, and the whole interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. When you’re paying for food and service, basic courtesy shouldn’t be too much to ask.
The atmosphere of the place seems like it should be welcoming, but one employee can completely ruin that experience. Management should really address how customers are being treated, because service like that will drive people away.
I won’t be returning anytime soon.

1st time here very friendly staff..loved that they have a detailed menu for old people like me..lol I know straight up coffee...what's a what? They quit serving regular coffee at 1pm, but an Americano is an Espresso with water..tastes the same to me..it is great!!! No pink sugar there, but I have my own box..sp no problems. Definitely recommended
