They stole my money. I placed an order through the app and arrived to pick it up at 8 PM. However, all the lights were off and the doors were locked, even though their posted hours are 8:30. They closed early and didn't make my order, but kept my money anyway. I have been calling their store, but no one answers the phone. I have tried calling Dunkin corporate customer service, but they put you on hold for 20 minutes then hang up. I tried emailing, but they don't respond there either. I don't live in Nashville, so I am unable to physically go back to the store. Guess I will have to report the theft to my credit card company and try to claw the money back that way.

Earlier this month, I visited this Dunkin location. It was in the evening and the girl who rung me up through the drive through, D’Andre, decided to press a 20% tip without my knowledge. This was not an accident, and when I brought it up after receiving my receipt and seeing the extra tip, I was told by this employee that I saw her press it. This was not true. I contacted the corporate office and was told they will investigate it, but I encourage anyone who visits this location double-check their receipts after purchase. You may find that either this employer or another included an additional tip without your knowledge.

The super lousy service, the cashiers are extremely rude, they didn't give me the order I bought, they stole it in my face. I will never go back to that place, much less to a store like that.

every time i place an order here, there is something wrong with it. food tastes like plastic which i have never experienced at any other dunkin. when i place mobile orders they consistently forget the food items and mess up the orders. today i got a drink that was made wrong and just tasted like straight cough medicine- totally undrinkable. i stopped asking them to remake things because they either get mad or act so shocked and surprised that you even had the audacity to ask and it takes them like 100 years to redo. i’m officially done going to this location.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this location. Coffee was lukewarm and watered down. Breakfast sandwich was cold and bagel was hard as a rock.

Not even ONE STAR. Terrible. Girl could not seem to ring us up correctly so we gave up and moved online. Then got our sandwiches STILL FROZEN. We went to get the warmed up through the drive through and they did it and we opened them and our two different sandwiches had OPPOSITE toppings. Bagel on croissant and vice versa. Like are you kidding me. Do not go here. Terrible service.

I arrived shortly after 3:15 PM today to pickup my mobile order. Both doors were locked without any signage, no one answered the drive thru window, and the store phone went directly to voicemail; however, my card was still charged over $6 for the order I never received. I’m very disappointed.

Tried to get coffee at 7pm and was told they don’t have any hot coffee! What type of BS is this ? A coffee shop without coffee.

Coffee was good service was terrible. Lady at register with purple hair was really rude and was audibly judging our order. I said no cheese because I’m lactose intolerant and she replied “that’s crazy work” then I still got cheese on my wake up wrap. I usually have good service from the staff at this location so I was shocked by my experience this morning.

Jo Jo - provided fantastic customer service! A 10 out of 10. She was very kind and welcoming. Made sure my cold brew had enough oat milk. A very cheerful attitude. We need more Jo Jo’s!!
