It is so unfortunate to have such an awful Dunkin less than 5 minutes from my house. I tired it again today hoping they got a new manager… they did not. My hot coffee was LUKEWARM when they handed it to me. I PAID FOR LUKEWARM HOT COFFEE PEOPLE. The employees at the window are not friendly and take forever. I’ve never had a “bad” experience, but they’re definitely not friendly. Example: They don’t say “I’ll be with you in a minute” or anything! I just sit there for like 5 minutes hoping someone knows I’m there. Every time I go to see if it’s better I end up taking one sip and it’s just so awful I end up throwing it out. And im a cheap person so that’s saying something. Honestly, the lack of barista and customer service training is Astounding. I never seen the same employee there more than once so im assuming people quit very often. I hope someone takes over this company that actually cares about it and hires people that do too.

Sunday, December 1st, between 12:30 & 1:00 p.m.: shop staffed by a single worker. His attention was on the drive-thru. He glanced at me but didn't speak to me or otherwise acknowledge my existence. Seeing he was busy, I used the restroom, which stank.
Leaving the restroom, I returned to the counter. The worker glanced at me a few times but felt that he was much too busy cooking to take an order. After a few minutes, I left.
The shop should never have fewer than two workers present. Although this worker was hardly the best, the fault here is with management.

Ordered a drink with cream. Was told “no” by the person working. The man working stated “I decide what goes in your drink, it’s a man’s world”. The “humor” was not appreciated and is disrespectful to female customers. Traveling through Nashville will definitely not return to this location.

This the absolute worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. I have given them multiple chances and each visit is progressively worse. Recent visit, I was handed a drink that was obviously not correct. Returned it to employee and she said she would fix it. When she handed it back, it looked correct. (It had blueberry syrup 🤢)Drove off and realized all she did was add more milk to the wrong drink so it appeared to be correct and I was stupid enough to drive off without trying it. Yesterday’s drinks had to be thrown away. Please don’t waste your money here.

Morning of 10-28-24, the worst tasting vanilla latte in history and I travel a lot of places. Whoever made it needs more training. It taste like water and cheap coffee at and old truck stop are something they give away for free.🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮 You also forgot the cheese on my chicken biscuit. 🥹
This DD store only had two donuts to sell. They looked old. Did not buy! I asked attendant why the store was open, she stated earning a paycheck.

Extremely slow service for a drive-thru having only 2 cars in line. The donuts seemed dated by a day or two. The coffee was EXTREMELY bad. Cold brew w almond milk tasted like iced coffee, almond spiced iced coffee tasted just like water.. idk how that last part was even possible. Will not return. Look forward to what this place will become down the road.

I had the best experience at this Dunkin’! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my visit feel extra special. I ordered the Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher, and it was made to absolute perfection—refreshing, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. I’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend this location for great service and delicious drinks!

Terrible service, the 3 girls working didn't care about any the customers. We sat at the drive through for 5 minutes and no one came. I went inside. They maybe had 8 donuts in total made. I got 2 sandwiches and a coffee. Never received my coffee. Took the $5 hit of not receiving my coffee rather than going through the disdain of an ordeel it was to talk to the people behind the counter. Overall absolutely terrible. Hope management actually does something. Looking at other reviews this location is pretty terrible.

Worthless! Another 22 minutes of my life I will not get back. Luke warm coffee, plain donuts instead of Jelly as ordered. Some slight indication of apologetic gesture or a service smile wouldn't hurt.

Usually okay enough, but today i got a sausage egg and cheese and they gave me half an egg and the cheese wasn't melted. Only quick breakfast spot by my job, but not sure if I'm going back as they've really fallen off. Staff is nice though.

I pulled into the drive-through at 5:15 a.m. It was still dark inside the store, and there was no one there. They are supposed to be open at 5 a.m. This is unacceptable, and there are no excuses.
Every thing was perfect and the staff could've been cast as movie stars. What a pleasure!

The incompetent little blonde girl who can’t be bothered to get anything right needs to find new employment. She was rude and snotty, just let your coworker talk to customers if you’re too much of a snob.
