Costumer service is not too bad but every time I go and get a drink from this specific store and this specific store ONLY my drink always comes out bitter no matter how much liquid cane sugar I ask for Why am I paying for a drink that tastes like crap. At other stores the drink tastes just as fine

I USE TO LOVE THIS LOCATION UNTIL 9.2.2025 I USED THE MOBILE APP AND THEY COULD NOT FIND MY ORDER. I SAT LINE AND I ASKED LADY WITH GLASSES FOR HELP AND TRIED SHOWING HER MY ORDER ON MY MOBILE. Terrible service was handed my so called 25 dollar order of donuts to just get a 4 dollar drink an told I had to go ask for a refund on the app that never came btw what donut place runs out of donuts an still lets u order ???

I go this location almost every day every time I come if not coffee it the bagel i ask for extra toast bagel they give me an extra burnt and im really hurt to have a burnt bagel as my breakfast why they intentionally doing things to Customer stuff that they don’t like someone to do to them 😞😞

Shitty service we where sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes
This is the 2nd time I’ve gone to this location and the 2nd time they have messed up the order I’ve placed. The first time they got the entire food order wrong and made my cold brew with decaf right infront of me and the 2nd time they handed me literal frozen ice cold food and made the drink wrong once again this time with regular brew! Avoid this place if you actually want to enjoy your meal and drink!

The BEST sweet pepper snackin' bacon around Nashville. I've been to MANY Dunkin's down the I-24 and I-65 corridor and this location has the most flavorful bacon around. When I ASK for crispy bacon, I GET crispy bacon. The staff are polite, pleasant, smiling people. Hands down the only Dunkin's I'm going to now. The others just don't come close. Whatever they are doing here, they are doing it right. You can skip all the donut carbs and still TREAT yourself with the snackin' bacon and maybe some cold brew. Provecho!

I’m not sure who’s working in there this morning but the guy making the sandwiches this morning is doing it very half ass. I come to this location every other morning but this morning the bread was cold cheese not melted. I sent it back he waited a few minutes and gave me the same sandwich back. I was pissed then I drink my shaken espresso and it taste like milk. Where is the crew that was there last week. Last well my food was so hot and fresh and drink was good. I kept coming. From know on I’m going to pull up to see who working first . If I see this crew I’m running.The girl was polite when giving me my money back. …Do better!!!
