This location has terrible customer service. I just went there this morning and asked for glazed donuts and glazed donut with chocolate frosting on the top. She throws all the donuts in a bag without a box. I needed them to be separated from each otherI didn’t need the chocolate donuts to be on top of just the regular glazed donuts. She didn’t give me my receipt and then she didn’t give me napkins. I had to park my car and walk in their building to go get napkins. Overall terrible service.

I ordered matcha ? latte it tasted like medicine and chemicals, I ordered chai latte it tasted wack and I’ve had these drinks before I know how they taste.

At 3:45pm on a Friday, I walked into an empty store. There was 1 kid sitting at table who looked like he was doing his homework? I went to the display counter and was very disappointed to find 2/3 of the Donut Bins Empty! The other bins had just 1 to 4 Donuts in each. After being all Alone for several minutes, I raised my voice and asked for "A Little Help?" Out of nowhere, in the back, came a kid and at same time the studying student hopped up and said "I'm coming?" I asked the boys if they had a Jelly Filled Donut anywhere, no such luck. One young man told me that when he arrives at 3pm, they are usually down to 1,2 or 0. Very little reassurance to me. Eventually I asked for 2 Chocolate Glazed but, once I was home, I found 3 totally different styled donuts?? The dough on those was chocolate and it had a white, sugary thin coating. My First Visit to DUNKIN DONUTS will most likely be my Last visit. DISAPPOINTED all around. L. Kyle

Just pathetic. We had high hopes. We live just around the corner. I travel and use Dunkin several times per week. Unfortunately this location is terribly run. Yesterday we went in and were refused service along with everyone else who hadn’t used the mobile app. This morning they are giving out mediums when you’ve ordered a large. See pic below.
I’ll just use the one at Hickory Hollow from now on. It’s a shame.

Probably the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. The morning crew is the worst
So when this store first opened and the manager I think his name was Tristan was running it it was probably one of the most well-run dunkin' donuts I've ever seen now that the new manager is taking over the past I don't know 6 months I've seen her three times helping out the front end she can't run the store she's in office Queen she sits in the back and nobody ever sees her I've seen the attitude of the employees drop drastically since she took over when I go in there I'm always pleasant I'm always I always say you guys have a great day and normally everyday when I say that everybody would be like you two have a great day yesterday was the first day that nobody answered me that just shows that she doesn't lead by example most of the staff that was there when it first opened in the store was running great are gone and it's because of her I've talked to the staff they left because of her
