I feel bad as the workers have to contend with having zero products on a seemingly constant basis. Weird to be told the store has zero, yes, ZERO donuts. At the donut shop. To not have any muffins too is almost crazy, had to laugh it off. Workers are nice, Dunkin isn’t nice to them. This wasn’t the first time a bulk of items weren’t available.

When in to get some coffee total 7 bucks had a 50 dollar bill was all i had and couldnt even get it because they had no change sent me out thanks for the wasted trip should have just gave it to me aint fault u aint got change

This was my first time at this Dunkin. I was super impressed. I have a ridiculous tea order, and they crushed it! My hashbrowns were hot, fresh, and delicious too. The store was very clean inside and looked bright and brand new. The kiosk was easy to order at, and my order came out quickly. I will be back to this Dunkin!

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I went there a few weeks ago and waited about 45 minutes to an hour for my drinks. One drink was made wrong and the other (mine) gave me food poisoning.
Well today I decided to DoorDash it and It’s been over an hour and a half and they still haven’t prepared my order. I’ve had multiple dashers at this point cancel and get reassigned. I can’t cancel because I’ll lose all that money.
If you want to wait over an hour for coffee that’ll make you sick - this is the place. If I wanted to wait this long I would’ve just went to In-N-Out.
Ps. They aren’t very nice here either. Worst experience ever!

Not sure what has happened to this place. When they first opened they were really good. Now service is glacier slow, and they are always out of things. Staff moves without any sense of urgency. Ordered donuts and a sandwhich on December 14th through the app, stopped and got gas, got to the restaurant and still not ready 15 min later after arriving at the store!
Went to the drive thru for 6 donuts to be told I couldn't pick them. Never had this happen and due to this stuck in there very slow drive thru until I could leave. Never will go here again.

Avoid this location at all cost. The drive thru on the weekends wraps around the building. We went today and waited 30minutes for 2 drinks that were sitting there sweating in the sun. We had them remade and they never even apologized or said I am sorry. It is clear they are drastically understaffed at this location and don't give a shit

No reason this location should have a rating higher than 1 out of 5. Just waited 25 minutes in the drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me. They were out of their most commonly purchased donuts by 9 am on a saturday. Previous reviews have said it all. Understaffed. Woefully mismanaged. Just goes to show that the brand brings all of the business and the local management does its best to wreck the product yet still walks away profitable.

Edit: November 2025-- Nima has left and whoever runs it now is out of cold brew a lot but instead of informing you of that and asking if you want something else or a refund from the app, they will pour you espresso over ice and hand it to you like you haven't been drinking coffee for 20 years and know the difference. Really disappointing to wait for your coffee and it be completely wrong multiple times
Nima makes this Dunkin' the best one in southeast Nashville. Perod. He's so sweet and accommodating and I look forward to seeing him and the sweet women that work with him every day. Thank you Nima for making your customers smile!!!
