Just got refused service for asking for a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The manager of the this establishment is crazy. She yells at customers because they want to order and her drive thru line is 10 cars long. It’s sad I used this location everyday and the other staff is so nice. The funniest part was even the employees told her she was doing too for nothing.

I’ve been to this dunkin a lot and here recently I have noticed a good change in the service. They are normally pretty busy when I go through the drive through but Josie has had the best service there. She is so kind and genuine and I personally think she just brightens up the place. This dunkin really needed it.

now they serve donuts that were prob baked a week or two ahead. The food they serve seens expired. Drive to a thorntons they serve way better donuts

Horrible service. I received my hot coffee and it was cold. I told the girl she said it’s the last batch so I had to take it. I asked for liquid sugar in the cold drinks but instead got the regular sugar in them:

Buyer beware on the coffee rolls. They are hard and crusty and they feel like cardboard really dried out. The original cake donut was much better I had to swap it out for that but she only gave me one it should have been 2 because the coffee roll cost twice as much. THE cashier explained to me that this location of dunkin doesn't make the items on location. Now I understand why the coffee roll tastes like they do and their other items is because of this. They are shipped in which means they probably come in just a little stale or at leasta day old. . This is just my opinion doesn't have to be yours.
