First time going to this dunkin. Worst experience ever. Don’t even bother coming. They need to acknowledge there reviews and think about hiring people who have 10/10 experience in customer service. I know plenty of people who would love a job right now. They’re not even trying. This place took 20 minutes and when we received our drinks the girl was very rude, no commentary, just said “here” and that was it. Once you’re in the drive thru there’s no backing out especially if there is people in front or behind you. It’s a very small drive thru so you’re basically stuck waiting. I don’t understand. But yea don’t even bother stopping here especially if you don’t have 20-30 minutes to spare in a drive thru to receive your drinks.

30 minute drive thru line. They were “catching up”
I received my drink after ordering at the drive through. She did not listen to my order and made it incorrectly. I asked for her to remake it and she took the drink back to adjust it, she wouldn’t make a new drink and broke health code violations. The store also did not have a lot of food in stock.

Always grossly under staffed on weekends. It is not the employees fault, they are in the weeds all morning and it’s just not a great work environment when customers are always pissed simply because they are understaffed. I’m not sure if it’s because they cannot fill empty roles or if owners/management think they can operate on a skeleton crew all the time. I waited 40 minutes for a drink, munchkins and a toasted bagel. Again, not the employees fault, they should have more staff.

No matter how early you leave your house stopping here in the morning will push you back 30 minutes. Even when there’s a few cars the wait is insane

I've come here three times and every single time the service is ridiculously slow. I just left, had two cars in front of me at the drive-thru, and it took a half hour for a donut and a coffee.

Their drive thru service is absolutely terrible. I've only been there 2 times. Once close to when they opened and it took them forever. I went again recently and it was exactly the same. You pull up to the speaker they tell you to wait, if you hear any response at all, then you wait longer, you finally order then you pull around to where the window is. You'll be lucky if there aren't cars still backed up. But you'll still have to wait at the window for someone to show up and when they do it's here's your food and they take your payment. It's the longest drive thru time for any place ever and it's a donut shop. Really?

I give up! I tried to give this location multiple chances, however, they are consistently awful. Corporate needs to get involved and retrain staff or close this location entirely.

I see I’m not the only person leaving a review like this. First time visiting this location and this is crazy and very claustrophobic to be stuck in this drive through lane for 20+ mins.

Someone was kind enough to order donuts for my children and me on my birthday from this travesty of a business. Doordash canceled twice because each driver waited at this specific location for 15 minutes and never received the donuts. Between this landfill and the Subway by the Concord/Nolensville Kroger, MTSU could create a class called 'How to Operate a Business For Guaranteed Failure' and become a top 10 business college in the United States. This is what Dante had in mind when he created the 7th circle.
Note: the reason Dunkin Donuts is the 2024 Chicago White Sox of breakfast joints starts at the top. If everything runs on Dunkin', then humanity is about to experience an extinction-level event.

I have never left a negative review of a place I normally just chalk it up to a bad day. This Dunkin repeatedly is understaffed and under prepared/trained for food and service. Today was the last visit…. We never received our food, as we placed a pick up order waited 30 mins. Asked about it and it was in a pile of at least 15 tickets on the counter (I counted as she went through each one) then she went around to where some were hanging on the wall and said it hasn’t been started yet. We canceled our order and left. The drive through was so backed up we could barely get out when we did leave. We were not the only ones leaving.
