This was my first time at this Dunkin. I was super impressed. I have a ridiculous tea order, and they crushed it! My hashbrowns were hot, fresh, and delicious too. The store was very clean inside and looked bright and brand new. The kiosk was easy to order at, and my order came out quickly. I will be back to this Dunkin!
Their drive thru service is absolutely terrible. I've only been there 2 times. Once close to when they opened and it took them forever. I went again recently and it was exactly the same. You pull up to the speaker they tell you to wait, if you hear any response at all, then you wait longer, you finally order then you pull around to where the window is. You'll be lucky if there aren't cars still backed up. But you'll still have to wait at the window for...
Nima makes this Dunkin' the best one in southeast Nashville. Perod. He's so sweet and accommodating and I look forward to seeing him and the sweet women that work with him every day. Thank you Nima for making your customers smile!!!
