Only three things, you’d think it wouldn’t be hard to remember that, let alone read a screen to make sure you’re doing it right. Got my ice coffee with no caramel or oat milk. The sweetest people I’ve ever came in contact with at dunkin. I go to dunkin 3-4 times a day in my area I have been a regular since 2015 & I drove 4 hrs away just to get 2 wicked tumblers coffee and a pup cup because no one in my city or my surrounding areas had the whole collection I appreciate the kindness they offered at this location I will be back to visit you guys.

Terrible service at this location - I ordered a hot chocolate and when I got the window they said coffee and I corrected them multiple times. Attendant was more interested in making sure I had the option to tip on a drive thru service. She confirmed my drink when handing it to me… yet when I went to drink it after leaving it was indeed wrong. Plus I had to request a receipt multiple times which was a little sketchy.

I’ve placed a few mobile orders on my way to work and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt given this location just opened but every time the order isn’t ready, it takes 10+ minutes and then the order isn’t always correct. Definitely not worth it!

today is the day that I ended my services with Dunkin’ Donuts on 8th Ave., South. When they first came to my awareness I really loved the little place the atmosphere. The people was friendly you had choices. I think so today I thought let me go by and get me a sandwich. Well, I was gonna get two wraps, but because I couldn’t drink hot or cold coffee, it was no other option so then I decided OK I’ll get one sandwich and a doughnut. Well, the donut was stale and it’s always cold and the sandwich was the wrong sandwich to hurry up do it in a bag probably knowing I wouldn’t go look at it so it was fun, but they gave you little gifts and stuff like that. They did give me a gift card so I’ll spend it at another Dunkin’ Donuts. I will never ever go there again. My daughter always said you can’t go to a place no more than once or twice so at this point they’ll be going downhill that’s usually how business goes. They start off great and then they crash.

EDIT: went back a 2nd time and they overcharged me by $5, then said “whoops” 😠

Just left there minutes ago and they forgot half our donuts that we paid for and there's no phone number. It's an odd location because you can't go in there's a drive-thru or a walk-up window entrance and exit are very narrow it is proud and good luck getting out on 8th avenue.
