I ordered a small frozen coffee with caramel and whip cream, today. However, I don’t know what I’m drinking. This coffee taste sour, if that makes sense. I have taken four sips, but I can not and will not try to finish it up. I tried calling this location but no one answers the phone.

We live in the area and we go here frequently. Four days straight this past week they got our order wrong and we didn’t realize we got the wrong order until we drove away.

The first day we got the wrong donut and had to throw it out.

The next day one breakfast sandwich was missing, had to go back to get it.

The next day, another wrong donut.

The next day they gave me one wake up wrap instead of two.

Moral of the story, only go here if you have time to go back and get the correct order or missing items.

I gave the food 1 star because they were donuts. I really think Dunkin' only sells day-old donuts now. I'll just do without before I buy donuts from this franchise again. Hard, dry, tasteless.

I walked in and the employees were all talking with each other, it took a couple of minutes before anyone bothered to take my order. I noticed the drink machines were very dirty, on a Monday morning, and after I paid for my donuts the lady turned around and started coughing near the drink machines. To say the least I won't be going back.

I work in the service industry and it takes a lot for me to leave negative reviews and get upset at industry employees.

I live around this location and I usually don’t have the best service or results, but I love DD so I deal with it. However TODAY June 30 2025 at 4:30 pm, the lady that was working the drive through was RUDE. And said nothing but “what else, what else, pull around.” And then proceeded to ask me my order AGAIN (I was the only person there) then after repeating it for the second time she STILL it wrong or just didn’t want to do extra steps and didn’t care. All I had was two avocado toasts with bacon and a brown sugar shaken espresso and when I came around the drive through to kindly ask her to just put some bacon and the side or something she NEVER came to the window. My boyfriend went in to get it fixed for me because I would’ve caused a scene at the lack of professionalism and work ethic. He said she made an ugly face and was upset she had to remake it. As of now I will not be coming back to this location even though it’s the nearest one from me. Ruined my whole day. Unprofessional, lazy and rude. The owner of this location needs to hire better employees because this isn’t the first time this happens and definitely won’t be the last.

This place absolutely sucks. Wrong order every time, rude employees and a down right lazy approach to serving you. I avoid this place at all costs and it’s the closest location. If you want your morning to be ruined by rude people, stop here.

My wife went through to get drinks and donuts. Some of the people who work here, their attitudes and behavior are absolute trash. Yes, that's right, I said TRASH.

I tried one of the drinks my wife brought home and I rinsed my mouth out after one sip. Folks, there are standards for a reason and this store has no clue.

The service, trash. Unfriendly, overtly rude, no sense of class, professionalism, or even kindness.

You have to be deranged to throw products because you can't do your job correctly and are asked to redo it. You still didn't get it right, given the attitude, I'm really not surprised.

I really enjoy leaving personalized, fantastic reviews. This is as fantastic as it gets. Corporate should really take their name off the building because it's clear you don't care. Good news for you, we will not be back.

The service is to slow and the app never work when we order the food. The bathroom, do people make it dirty every 50 minutes? They should at least clean it once a day. But the bathroom floor and the entire place look like they never clean it.

Hard hockey puck bagel (probably yesterday’s bagels that sat out all day), they just give you cream cheese and a knife so good luck if you’re going for convenient.
