Rude worker. From the moment we walked in, she had a rude attitude, made faces at us, and was unwelcoming. She grabbed the donuts with her bare hands, and when we told her we no longer wanted them because of that, she became offended and extremely rude. She said she was almost done and asked why we didn’t say something from the beginning. The behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional.

Hot drinks were cold upon. Came inside for a refund only to be have an unpleasant interaction by a young black lady with an ATTITUDE because I wanted a refund. She proceeded to tell me I had to contact the app. Upon inquiring as to how they would know I returned the items she proceeded with her attitude and told tell me how it wasn’t her issue because she didn’t control the app. I requested a manager who was unavailable so I asked her to call, turns out they are able to give refunds in the store. We’ll that clearly pissed her off even more!

Terrible service. We ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches, and both were burnt until they were completely black. We also received a peppermint mocha that was overwhelmingly flavored with peppermint. When we went inside to address the issue, it appeared the restaurant was being run by a group of very young employees who seemed inexperienced. They even initially forgot our order entirely. This level of service is unacceptable.

I’ve given this Dunkin’ Donuts location multiple chances, and each time has been a letdown. My bacon croissant sandwich barely had any bacon on it—almost none. I actually had to order extra bacon separately just to make the sandwich decent.
The drinks are no better. The refreshers, like the dragon fruit one, taste mostly like water with a hint of syrup. There’s almost no real flavor at all, and it’s happened every single time I’ve ordered one.
The service is okay, but the food and drinks are not up to par. After three disappointing visits in a row, I’m really not happy with this location. They seriously need to improve the quality and consistency of their items.
I wasn’t greeted when I walked in which was kinda eh. I used the bathroom which was clean! Yay!
Once I started ordering the workers were super nice and suggested some options to try. Very helpful and polite.
I got the mango pineapple refresher with black tea. And that was absolutely not the right decision 😅
They didn’t recommend that one so I should have known better.
Every single time I’ve ever gone here they tell me they can’t make food because their “kitchen is closed”. Like it’s not just A toaster oven!! The staff is rude as rude can be!! Don’t even waste ur time go somewhere else. Also, refused to give me munchkins after I said that would be find if they’re not serving food. They also don’t even butter the bagel when you do finally get one and give you one or none butter packets with a non toasted or buttered bagel.

Very unimpressed with the Dunkin off of Rosa Parks. I’m just coming in to get a tasty cookie butter drink and a sweet treat to go along with it, and while ordering and at the drive through the workers act as if they hate their lives. Im sorry it’s such an inconvenience for me to place an order at the restaurant you chose to work at… will not be coming back.

Worst Dunkin ever….i did a mobile order waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes only to be pulled up then I waited for about 10 more minutes and still hadn’t receive my food. So I decided to go inside to get my food to only be told that they were out of croissants and so I asked for an English muffin then was told they they hadn’t even started fizzing my order yet. So I asked for a refund for the maple bacon croissant and snacking bacon and was told that I had ti contact customer service because it was a mobile order. Contacted customer service 3 times so far and still haven’t gotten anybody on the phone. I also contacted this particular store and guess what no answer phones are just ringing off the hook. So I’m still trying to get someone on the phone because I didn’t receive the product and I need a damn money back. These employees have the nerve to have attitudes as if they’re paid for my food
Customer service here is terrible. You ask for tips for every purchase here however the customer service would never prompt someone to want to include a tip. Definitely won’t be back to this location.
The employee was so rude, I got my hash-brown bites THEY ARE LITERALLY DRIPPING IN GREASE. To who ever is reading this Do not go in this location, they’re just straight up rude for no reason and they’re lazy.

Slow. Do not understand that some customers don’t eat bacon. I repeat for them twice about this. But they still gave with the bacon sandwich (…

I ordered a small frozen coffee with caramel and whip cream, today. However, I don’t know what I’m drinking. This coffee taste sour, if that makes sense. I have taken four sips, but I can not and will not try to finish it up. I tried calling this location but no one answers the phone.

We live in the area and we go here frequently. Four days straight this past week they got our order wrong and we didn’t realize we got the wrong order until we drove away.
The first day we got the wrong donut and had to throw it out.
The next day one breakfast sandwich was missing, had to go back to get it.
The next day, another wrong donut.
The next day they gave me one wake up wrap instead of two.
Moral of the story, only go here if you have time to go back and get the correct order or missing items.
I gave the food 1 star because they were donuts. I really think Dunkin' only sells day-old donuts now. I'll just do without before I buy donuts from this franchise again. Hard, dry, tasteless.

I walked in and the employees were all talking with each other, it took a couple of minutes before anyone bothered to take my order. I noticed the drink machines were very dirty, on a Monday morning, and after I paid for my donuts the lady turned around and started coughing near the drink machines. To say the least I won't be going back.
