Horrific customer experience… I just needed to leave a review it was SO bizarrely bad. Both employees were lounging around in the seats on their phones when I walked in. being greeted with a cold stare, I said “hello”. They responded with nothing one girl and sauntered over behind the counter.
I asked about two donuts and the Ebonics was fluid… not to mention the mumbling. I could not understand anything she was saying as she kept rolling their eyes, all together just a pathetic apathy towards life.
If Dunkin knows what’s good for them, they will throw these employees out with the left over donuts TONIGHT.… really… like this very night.

I placed an order for 6 donuts on the Dunkin. Donuts app. I show up, the lady says rudely they don’t have them in stock and that I need to cancel the order “on my end”. So I leave, go home and realize that there is no way to do that.
They clearly marked the order as “completed”, so now I have been scammed out of $10
There is no way to report this over the app.
I came in tonight to speak with them, the same lady was there and was even more rude than the time before. I just simply asked for a refund since I literally did not receive anything and she tells me “I have to do my own refund” and then I asked her to get the manager and she starts mouthing off to me.
I just left.
Worst customer service of my life. @ store manager, please make this right and refund me. You should seriously evaluate your current staff.

I tried to order at the drive thru, a very simple order. The lady who answered the intercom begrudgingly asked “can I help you…”. I proceeded to order a baked good and finished with a “and that will be all”. No response, just silence. I said “hello”… no response, so I drove away. Morning staff is always great, but don’t waste your time after 4:30 pm.

It’s pretty lack luster. Employees very clearly don’t want to be there or care. I was the only one in line and still asked to pull forward instead of waiting at the window. Hash browns tasted burnt but were also so soggy. Just do to the starbucks up the road. Not worth the visit here even as a northeasterner who loves Dunkin.

Terrible customer service ? I stopped about 12:15 or12:20 the girl in the drive thru was so rude. The other girl prepping food wad not wearing gloves and kept cleaning her hands on her clothes it was so unsanitary i was shocked. The girl in the drive thru took forever to ring me up I just ordered one thing and nothing complicated or any special order. She told me to pull forward still took forever to get my sandwich and to top it all off didn't even provide napkins. If I would of read all these reviews prior I would of never stopped her but with all this being said I will NEVER come here again. These women here need some serious training in all areas of their job

Every time I go and pick up my mobile order in the mornings, the lady at over the drive through is always so amazingly sweet! There were free samples one morning and the ma’am handing them out was also super nice! Great service, amazing people. Highly recommend.
