Well, Can Someone Explain To Me @ Dunkin Why All Of Sudden The Chicken Biscuits Are Taken Off The Menu?

A large coffee and chocolate D🍩 Nut

Just tried to go in there for a coffee and the lady at the register with a mask half down her face was rude, argumentative and just clearly didn’t want to be helpful. I usually go to the starbies on church but since they closed you all are the next closest to me. My fav to order is a caramel ribbon frappe w/ a blonde shot. I was trying to ask her for something similar but she didn’t seem like she wanted to be knowledgeable on your menu or try to think of a similar solution. I was in there the other day and couldn’t remember how the previous cashier told me to ring it in. She just kept saying we have nothing similar or it’s crème and it’s not blended for coffee it’s iced or hot or we don’t have that crunch thing or we just don’t have that type of drink. Even when I tried to explain how the other lady was able to find an Alternative and did it. She was just plain rude and dismissive. How are you gonna be a cashier if you can’t be friendly and willing to listen and adapt. Or know solutions.

I give them 2 stars because it's the 3rd time I went there to get my coffee and there late opening up. Causing me to go to work without my coffee.

I eat at Dunkin’ almost everyday at different locations but I will never eat again at 400 charlotte ave. The staff was very disrespectful and they didn’t give me the right order and when I came to tell what the situation is the cook snatched the food out of my hand and threw it away. I really like Dunkin’s food and coffee but if this is the way I’ll be treated I won’t be eating or spending anymore money with a company who has extremely rude employees.

The staff there is very friendly and very competent; especially Missy. She made our drinks so well and absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to visit and order again! I will definitely be returning and recommending this place.

Workers have no sense of urgency. I'm not asking them to rush, but I'm asking them to at least act like they work at a bus station location where people need to catch the bus.

Great place and even better coffee. Missy was nice and helped us pick out something we loved! I wasn’t sure what I wanted going in, but she made sure I had something I would order again next time by the time I came out! I’ll definitely be going back!

STAY AWAY!!!! There is another location close by. This place stays insanely busy. You will be lucky to get in and get out without being approached by 1 of the many bus station bums. Food isn't really great. Prices are high. Service sucks. What's the point? Don't put yourself through this, trust me
