This location used to be terrible. Since they've overhauled their staff about three years ago, they've been absolutely on point! Tracy is always so friendly and works so hard. I've really enjoyed coming here about 2-3 times per week for my caffeine fix.

Amanda the "manager" is the worse. The proverbial "light is NOT on" ? very dismissive & seemingly careless. Customer Service NOPE! I can't imagine how it is to work with that.

Sadly, of the places I tried in Nashville(only there 3 days), Dunkin was closest to coffee from home and closest to my likingof the3local places I tried. However, the drink was not made the way it was preordered(missing whipped cream, cinnamon sugar topping, and caramel drizzle). Tasted great but disappointed they didn't make it as advertised. Very minimal interactions with baristas and not super friendly. All in all, would go again. Just not the best, observant service this go round.
