Stopped in on a weekday morning and there was a small line, but it moved quickly. Crystal, the front-desk cashier decked out with a whole collection of Dunkin’ pins, made the visit. She walked me through the $6 meal deal, explained which substitutions wouldn’t change the price, and even pointed out the survey for a free donut. She was upbeat, patient, and clearly loves the brand. My coffee order was a first for me, and she broke down the sweetener and flavor options without rushing. Food came out fast and hot, coffee hit the spot. First time here and I’m now a fan. Give Crystal a promotion—she’s a standout.

They just couldn't figure it out. The ordering process went fine, but the preparation was off. Bad. I ordered everything bagel, sliced, toasted well, with butter. I got bagel minis with cream cheese. I explained to the employee my correct order. She then promptly called out everything bagel with cream cheese. There were several people there, so I verified if that was for me. It was. I AGAIN explained what I ordered. Finally called out the correct order. It even shows it correctly on the paper they attach to the bag. I got a bagel with cream cheese. AARRGGHH!!!
