awful service I had came multiple times and no get an attitude for nothing today I got a freaking attitude just cause she was eating and we walk in so funny bad customer service!!!!!!!

Clean and this is the only Dunkin that never miss with the coffee making. They do run out of the good donuts first but that’s all locations.Great customer service, very sweet team they are doing a wonderful job.- Dani

Burnt the grilled cheese and the Frozen chocolate drink was a cold iced completely Liquid hot chocolate.We were the only ones in line, but had to wait for the gossip session between workers to end.Every table in the place was Dirty.Will NOT be going back to this particular location anytime soon.

I walked in and there was not a single employee in sight. After five minutes another customer came in and yelled out asking if anyone was there, and eventually a man shuffled out and began to slowly prepare the orders that had been accumulating while he was in the back playing on his phone. All in all took about 40 minutes from ordering to actually receiving my food. It was fine, but definitely not worth the long wait. The location on 21st Ave just a few minutes away is a much better choice, both for quality of service and the speed at which you will receive your order.

Every morning this is my first stop on my way to work. I've never been a morning person but now that I start work at 7am it makes it much easier coming to this place to get coffee and being greeted with a smile and professionalism. I want to say, thank you! Thank you for making my mornings better and thank you for your excellent customer service skills.

Donuts were hard and stale. The staff seemed to be more interested in socializing with themselves than interacting with customers. Very limited selection. Possibly the worst donut I ever had. Whatever happened to fresh donuts at Dunkin?

Came here while visiting from NJ. The staff was friendly. The place is clean but they don't know how to make lattes. I realized that I received steamed milk with sugar when I drove off. I came back and they did it correctly but who really got time for that. Skip this location.
