I’m a true Dunkin DunkieJunkie! No matter what Dunkin in the U. S. I’ve visited, I’ve received great, friendly service. I can expect the food and drinks to be the same, and they are. This visit was unique that the store had their own Doughnut Swing! That was truly cool, and I had to sit back, relax a sec while sipping my iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso.
SUMMARY. I am a Vandy student who frequently finds himself here while walking between meetings/classes/buildings. Like any Dunkin', it's quick, cheap, and unhealthy. Still, it gets 5 stars from me because it is everything I expect it to be.
AMBIENCE. It's not aesthetically appealing by any means, but it is in as good of a condition as I've seen any other Dunkin' Donuts. While this is not a high bar, it nevertheless does not come up short.

Janay, your employee, was like a wonderful ambassador for me when I went in for a small purchase. I could not pass up your product. As one who rarely eats donuts, I applaude Janay's superior attitude and helpfulness. I shall return, hoping Janay is on duty then. She deserves 5 stars.
