Today I had the pleasure of visiting with Raven Scott and Jennifer Frazier associates at Dunkin by Vandy. They were amazong, kind and very personable. Even mentioned the 10% discount as a Vandy employee. I will definitely be back!!

Stop hiding Boston creams. Online for months I haven’t been able to order them ahead because it says they are out… but I go in person and there are tons of them.

To the ladies working the front counter (I think it was NY and SC ☺️) THANK YALL for warming up this dreary yet awesome morning for me. Piping hot, perfect sweetness, and cream from the machine! Great front counter energy ladies; I appreciate you!

I accidentally ordered at the incorrect location (not this one) and they fixed my food for me anyway because of the horrible experience I had at the other location. Highly recommend!

Their oil is old and stale tasting and the taste really comes through on the donuts.

Rude baristas ,slow service , 3 people walking aimlessly while one "them they" rudely makes it feel like you are making her bake 1000 donuts personally..... find another location

The iced coffee had to be sent back to actually have cream put in. Then I got it back with sugar instead of splenda as requested and also on the label. My croissant was a tiny roll up and those 2 items cost me $9. Never again

Blueberry coffee didn't taste like blueberry at all. Chicken biscuit was at least warm but nothing showed up at once. Donut wasn't bad though. At least it tastes like blueberry.

Pretty good dunkin, had friendly staff, little dirty on the inside. Made a very good matcha latte. I would definitely go back here.

I've had the pleasure of stopping by this Dunkin' location twice over the past few weeks. Both times were with different sets of employees and both times my expectations were exceeded. Despite me not being signed up for the rewards program, I still received a free donut for my birthday. Which is partially due to the switch off between the two employees at the register but that actually improved my experience. Second time I went, the lady who took my order matched my energy and got me my donut right away (unlike the other location up the road who often forgets). My one critique is the queue for the register. I think it would be a good idea to have one door be strictly for entering only and the other for exiting because it is difficult to tell who is in line and who's waiting for their order. I think for the current arrangement of the store, the side door (by the seating) would make most sense for the entrance and the door facing the street be the exit.

This is a typical Dunkin in terms of food and service. What makes this DD stand out is its location, and the very unique and very cool branded “front porch swing”. Unfortunately, the view is of 21st Ave and the Vandy Medical Center, but the patio is elevated above the sidewalk. And the location to Vanderbilt and Hillsboro is great. It’s a walkable area, so it’s easy to stop in for a coffee and donut and know what to expect. However, there are a couple of coffee shops just down 21st in Hillsboro, so Dunkin has some competition in the area.

Ms. Renee and all the wonderful ladies here really made my day today. My card declined and they gave me my coffee on the house while I sorted out my funds to get my breakfast. I always visit this location when my husband has to go to Vandy for kidney transplant related things and I am always taken care of in the most pleasant manner. Also, another lady with an eagle eye let me know the lid on my refill cup wasn't completely on before I left, possibly saving my day from being ruined later on. Thank you so much!

A very small location inside. Great seating available outside, with picnic tables and even a donut shaped bench swing. The drinks are good, and donuts are fresh.
