A very small location inside. Great seating available outside, with picnic tables and even a donut shaped bench swing. The drinks are good, and donuts are fresh.

The food is good. When I go into the restaurant everything is usually fine. I door dash from this Dunkin' a lot and every time I door dash the food a drink taste good, but the order is almost never accurate. There are different breads used on the bagel, different meat than I ordered, none of the extras I paid for, or it’ll be the wrong item. I like this dunkin and I’ll come back, I just want the accuracy to improve.

Their staff is hilarious and does a wonderful job. You can tell they genuinely get along and work well together. Kristin, Whitney, Ty, Amanda, Raven, Janae, Sean, Ebony, all of them. I'll remember your dog's name forever, but with ppl names I'm terrible so it's only due to my frequent trips to Vanderbilt and then the obvious Dunkin followup that I do. Going to the doctor/hospital/whatever is always better when you know you'll laugh afterwards. I love the outdoor seating and the coffee/slurpee that I never remember the name of either.Vegetarian options: Avocado toast is what I got on one visit. I'm sure there are things you can leave the meat off of and just get eggs.Dietary restrictions: They'll do their best to cater to your needs. If you only eat asparagus or raw food maybe don't go.Kid-friendliness: They treated the kids like adults and took their kid concerns and questions as seriously as if they were valid.Wheelchair accessibility: Was fine. The other perk was a clean bathroom. Why is that so impossible in so many places?

THEY ARE SO NICE! This Dunkin is great.. I work at vandy and everyone is so nice and kind every time I come! They rarely mess my drink up and just overall are always in great spirits. Makes my day every time I go! Thank y'all for being AMAZING!

If I could give it less than the one star I would. coming home from a long trip with the grandson who LOVES Dunkins and he wanted his go to a donut with sprinkles. we stood in the front of the store while the 2 employees (no drive thru traffic) was busy standing at the side out of the way, made eye contact to let them know we were waiting, 10 minutes later and two other people trying to order still no drive thru traffic we left so disappointed the fact that the two young women looked at us then turned and ignored us while they talked

This location is always very busy and understaffed. I got 2 donuts and a coffee. The coffee was great but the donuts were hard. This location (Villages at Vanderbilt) is always a little dirty. I'm sure it's due to the understaffing issue.

I’m a true Dunkin DunkieJunkie! No matter what Dunkin in the U. S. I’ve visited, I’ve received great, friendly service. I can expect the food and drinks to be the same, and they are. This visit was unique that the store had their own Doughnut Swing! That was truly cool, and I had to sit back, relax a sec while sipping my iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso.
Friendly staff, but I was astonished at how bad the food was. The hash browns were basically potato mush. The wrap was dripping in grease. Just so, so bad.

Ms. Renee and all the wonderful ladies here really made my day today. My card declined and they gave me my coffee on the house while I sorted out my funds to get my breakfast. I always visit this location when my husband has to go to Vandy for kidney transplant related things and I am always taken care of in the most pleasant manner. Also, another lady with an eagle eye let me know the lid on my refill cup wasn't completely on before I left, possibly saving my day from being ruined later on. Thank you so much!
