Every other Dunkin, egg and cheese croissants with extra egg and a coco mocha latte takes about 2-5 minutes, here, half an hour with basically no one in line! Wastes my time and made me late for work. Terrible location.

I have given this location my last chance. I’ve ordered chocolate ice cream only to find out they’re out of that flavor. I’ve asked for a milkshake and their machine is broke. I’ve stopped by to get an ice cream cone 30 minutes before they close and they’re closed. Tonight I went through the drive through to order ice cream. The person tells me thru the speaker at the drive thru that their drive thru is broken and told me to come in. So if you’re telling me it’s broken thru the speaker, can you just not make an ice cream cone and give it to me thru the window. This location is the worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. It is run so poorly I really don’t see how they keep the doors open. I will not be going back.

Poor customer service. I stood there thirty minutes wanting a lemonade and nobody thought to take my order. The second time I went here today there was a drug addict that stole one of my lemonade’s and they almost didn’t give me the lemonade I paid for.

Absolutely love Dunkin. Vanilla donut iced latte is my favvvvv…. Rewards member and all. Only thing I would say they could improve at is moving with a purpose. Sometimes they’re real busy and they just move like they don’t have a purpose. Other than that, I’d always recommend but if you’re in a rush, go to Starbucks.

For coffee , go to Dutch Bros . More exspensive sure but the trade off is coffee made exactly the same way everytime , you're never going to wait 20 minutes to have your order taken , the employees are infinitely nicer , they never run out of anything , online orders don't take precedence over in person guests and their management knows how to manage .
