I ordered a L hot coffee that was barely lukewarm. I did not have time to return. This particular location has DAILY turnover, seldom has a sufficient variety of donuts, and will not make sandwiches if they are within 30 minutes of closing. Noone answers the customer service calls....

I'm a regular mobile order. Every drive though worker I've met has been polite and kind. On the rare occasion that I order something they aren't able to make, they always go above and beyond to make it right.

Before even ordering, the lady was irritated because everyone wanted dunkin today. My drink wasn’t the only one incorrect. People were coming in from drive through because she messed up their order. I asked for it to be corrected and it was made the exact same way. I will not be visiting this location again. They need retraining or better workers with positive attitudes !

staff were very busy but barely put any effort in redeeming themselves when i went inside to get my order corrected. i was waiting and was ignored. one girl said i will be helped. she never helped me and continued to do other things. another employee asked what was wrong and gave me attitude and rushed me to tell him what i needed. he still got my order wrong. terrible staff that day. i’d rather go to another location.

Stopped here for coffee and some donuts. The two girls working were amazing to say the least. Knowing they were packed with customers and down employees they served us with a smile on their faces. It may have taken a little longer than we expected but with only two employees handling drive thru, done in orders and delivery orders they both deserve some grace today. Job well done ladies.
