Consistently bad, rude cashiers wrong order, dirty restaurant you pick.... Just asked to pay 3 different amounts and still got my order wrong ....this used to be my favorite location. Shameful!

Absolutely wonderful sugar fix with a fresh shelving selection and plenty of options. I like that the bathroom is coded for safety and the bakers are in good spirits, even this close to lobby closing.

Came through the drive through today & was met with nasty customer service from the young girl working the window. not to mention i asked for a 16 oz chai, and was met with a 12 oz hot chocolate? I didn’t even bother to ask for my CORRECT order as the girl with the attitude “doing her job” was disrespectful enough. will not be coming back here. how dare she ask for a tip?
