This was my first and last time at that location. The drive thru took forever, they were out of almost all doughnuts before 10:30am, and the employees are not friendly. I only got a drink since they were out of what I wanted and surprisingly it wasn’t bad. Overall, don’t go here. It’s an awful Dunkin’ franchise.

Very rude workers, They were also not speaking clearly and they took 5 mins on one drink and there was only one other person behind me in the line and nobody inside. Another time going here we ordered two drinks and after repeatedly telling them what the drink exactly was they still managed to get it wrong twice and were very rude about it and back talking to us when we were in the right. They Also forgot to get us our other drink that we had ordered and were acting weird about it saying we were rude about the first drinking being wrong twice and they seemed mad and not wanting to give us it.

They got my drink wrong and I went back and asked for them to make it right and it was still wrong. Didn’t realize it was so hard to make a simple coffee. Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to

Rude staff. Dirty location. Not up to par for Dunkin.
It used to be okay, but now it's gone downhill. My latest visit, the man at the speaker said "welcome to In-N-Out".... Then when I got my coffee (which they didn't put cold foam and didnt give me a straw), I literally cannot drink it. It's so bad. I order the same thing a whole lot, but this time it tastes so overwhelmingly of raspberry as compared to the 3 shots I was supposed to get. I used to like it here, I really did, but what a disappointment recently.

The worst Dunkin. It’s slow. The customer service is trash. I saw one of the employees smoking weed by the garbage can. The food is never cooked correctly. Like you can’t warm up food right?

I promised my 3 and 5 year olds that I'd get them a donut from Dunkin Donuts their favorite donut store in the whole world if they went ice skating with me for the first time. When I arrived at the store I was told they can't sell us any donuts since the register is broken. I pleaded with the employee and offered to leave cash so he can ring it up when it's working and he just laughed at me. I asked him what are you doing with all those donuts and he said they will be thrown away. I am saddened that the service is that bad these days. Now I need to convince my children that Dunkin donuts is not the best and we need to find a new donut shop.
