This location has always struggled to meet customers with decent friendly service. They started to do a little better until recently when the most recent manager started not caring on who they hired. Half the workers there are rude when you try to be nice to them. If you want good service youre better off going across the street to starbucks.

this place is a nightmare to go to. i've ordered the avocado toast with bacon multiple times, and it's never had the bacon on there. i'm pretty sure they just don't put bacon on there to get that extra dollar. poor management, drive thru lines last longer than most trips to the DMV. thank goodness they opened a Starbucks across the street, this place is a ripoff.

The restroom was disgusting. It was dirty, filthy! The toilet and area around the toilet was covered in what appeared to be dirty water.

They stole my money. I placed an order on 11/28 through the app and arrived to pick it up at 8:15 PM. However, all the lights were off and the doors were locked, even though their posted hours are 9:00. I guess they decided to take off early. They kept my money anyway though, even though they didn't actually make my order. I have tried calling, but no one answers the phone. I have tried calling Dunkin corporate customer service, but they put you on hold for 20 minutes then hang up. I've tried emailing customer service, but they don't respond there either. I was just in Nashville for the day, so I am unable to physically go back to the store. I guess I will just have to report the theft to my credit card company and try to claw the money back that way.

Ghetto! The guy working the drive thru on Wednesday afternoon is so rude. Also, sevral times we have gone in the actual store and no one is even there to take an order. I've never heard of a store being left empty with no one to take your order!
