Such considerate and friendly staff! I ordered an oat milk latte with sugar free vanilla and pumpkin but I forgot to order SUGAR FREE pumpkin and the staff all double checked about whether I want sugar free pumpkin before making my drink which was extremely considerate and important considering the amount of people with illnesses that cannot consume sugar.

First time visiting Nashville and trying Dutch bros but we were greeted with the sweetest people ! She was very helpful when ordering since we’ve never been and was very patient. Once we ordered she asked how our day was going and what our plans were. She also recommended things for us to do and was overall the sweetest person ever! We didn’t get the chance to catch her name but she had brown hair and glasses. Overall such a great experience and amazing coffee! Also coming from Virginia this coffee was so cheap compared to Starbucks !
