Delicious coffee, super healthy and yummy smoothies! Staff is very nice! A little pricey, but totally worth it for the quality ingredients 👌
Parking is definitely a challenge, but if you are staying in the area I would suggest stopping in! ☺️

Horrible Experience! I got a blueberry muffin there that was not cooked at all today at 1:04 pm I took the muffin back in to exchange it for something different and the manager wouldn't exchange it. He was a black haired guy with glasses. Kinda looked like he might be from India or of that ethnicity. The customer service was horrible. I told him I was gonna leave reviews about this on every business profile I could find and he still said he didn't care and he was gonna exchange it because I had eaten some of it. I actually took a piece of it off and tried to eat it and couldn't so I threw that piece away. When I told him that they weren't some he tried to tell me that they were and that's how all of them were. When I asked for his name so that 8 could put it on the review he tried to out smart me by asking me to leave the store thinking that I wouldn't so that he could call the cops and make it look like I was some out raged nuisance so that he could look justified but I didn't fall into the trap... I left immediately. He never gave me his name! I bet everyone who works under him is miserable!

Amazing place to treat yourself to a quick and yummy breakfast. Perhaps not affordable to go daily, but I wish I could! The blue bae bowl is the bomb, the matcha strawberry is so pretty and yummy, and the banana peanut butter smoothie is the perfect sweetness and consistency

On vacation. Stopped by because of the mostly good reviews. Unfortunately I was not that impressed. My husband and I only ordered two coffee drinks (was not busy) I am not sure if the lady making them was struggling or it was her first day, but it took at least 15 min from when we ordered. Thank God I wasn’t in a rush. Coffees were okay, but not worth how long we waited. Starbucks is better.

Even though I have plenty of free coffee at my office right next-door to eat and Rose, their coffee just is superior and so I’d rather go spend money on my coffee! I love the cashew milk option. In fact the house made cashew milk is one of the main reasons I go and it separates E and Rose from other coffee shops. Also, I love that I can order online and they are always ready with my drink when I walk in. Also, the employees are fantastic. The downtown location must get a lot of tourists, but they still are delivering an excellent product even if people only drop in once. Sometimes tourist locations are the worst but not so with the 505 location!
