Baristas were so nice and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious! I love that they actually have healthy and clean ingredients. 10/10 recommend!

I visited Nashville for a long weekend last year and honestly the smoothie bowl here miiiight have been one of the best things I had. Super friendly environment, great recommendations from the staff (shoutout to the redhead who took our order for making our smoothie bowls like an absolute PROFESSIONAL), and a nice sunny area to sit and relax while eating! The smoothie bowls were amazing and very filling and I tried a couple juices too! So glad I stopped by and would definitely go again next time I’m in Nashville!

Pretty terrible coffee TBH. The establishment posts photos of latte art in a ceramic cup - they don’t even have cups. Instead its bubbly milk in a TA cup with no texture.The açai base of my pre-game bowl is watered down and the frozen fruit not even fully blended in. Small amount of topping.

They raised the prices and reduced the quality of the açaí bowls. They are watered down. I used to walk down to get one a few times a week during lunch.
First I ordered online for curbside . I don’t believe they even have a curbside . Went around the building and don’t find it at all and text did not tell me either . I paid 28 dollars for 2 small smoothies . That alone was crazy . Service was nice but when I asked about curside she didn’t say anything just smiled and went to do something. Definitely don’t recommend. To expensive for something that wasn’t amazingly good

Very cute and clean place. Decided to come here because we saw a sidewalk sign. The staff were very sweet, attentive, and helpful. Only thing I would like to be different is I wish there was a wider variety of the fresh fruit topping selection, as it was a bit lacking. The staff offered to split one bowl into 2 cups and brought us water to our seats. Would come back!

Great spot to find some fresh and healthy food in the heart of downtown nashville. We were visiting on vacation and with all the great bbq, hot chicken, and other rich foods we were craving a little freshness and something good for the gut. Service here was accommodating of a nut allergy and the banana smoothie bowl we had was delicious! It's pricey but that's kind of a given with health food places anywhere and the portion size was still fair
