I live in the building and have been a regular at E N Rose since they opened. The quality is usually excellent and the staff is friendly which makes today’s experience that much more disappointing.

I was the first customer in the shop and ordered a simple coffee. After that, about six people came in and ordered smoothies and bowls. Instead of making my coffee, they started on all of those orders and completely skipped mine. I waited, thinking maybe it was coming up next, but it never did and I had to leave for work without my drink.

I understand busy mornings happen, but it’s basic service to go in order of who was there first. I’ve always supported this place, but today was frustrating and really unprofessional. Hoping management takes note and gets the process back on track.

My husband and I were not even acknowledged as we walked in. Once we got the items we wanted, no one spoke to us at the counter or informed us that we could check ourselves out. Never felt so unwelcome/ invisible.

Was in an Airbnb a couple doors down during Americanafest and came here every morning to become human again. Really killer latte with housemade cashew milk, delicious toppings-packed breakfast toasts and a lot of great grab-and-go vegan options (salads, wraps, etc.) Great spot and great service (shoutout Benni!).

I absolutely love coming to this location. My smoothie order is always so specific, and Kyle and Mack always go out of their way to make sure my smoothie is everything I wanted. They’re so inviting, and the location overall is so spacious and cozy! It keeps me coming back (almost daily).

I use to go to the one on Lea Ave the people there drew me in way before the smoothies NOT saying the smoothies arent TOP NOTCH. I wish this location was more welcoming! Other than that my order never disappoints

SO excited to have E+Rose on the east side! Kyle and the rest of the staff are so welcoming and helpful, food and drinks are delicious, and the space is beautiful (love all the natural sunlight, outdoor seating, and places to post-up to work a little). The Pro Bowl is tough to beat, but their grab-and-go food and drink options are also amazing. Parking options in the lot behind the building makes a quick stop super simple. Definitely my new, go-to place for healthy options!

I made the mistake of ordering to the wrong location. Not only were they so kind about it, they were also great about making my smoothie bowl for my allergy. Which is sooo appreciated!
