E3 Chophouse was fantastic. Started with the savory Weller Bacon Fat Washed Old Fashion and the Thyme after Time cocktail that was super refreshing. I had the off menu special the Wagyu T Bone that had such an amazing flavor and my guest had the Delmonico Ribeye that was cooked with perfection. Steaks were, perhaps, the best we have ever eaten. Crab cakes were excellent. Ryan was slightly below average. As a 4+ Star Chop House, we expected better service. The disappointment was 2 fold. He was either stretched too thin (we saw him serving 4-5 tables) or he just has not been trained about the —-4 ESSENTIAL OBSESSIONS —- of any server— anywhere, but especially in a space like this.

We had a wonderful meal! The food was delicious and it was so peaceful! Aadi was an incredible service, and we had a great night before Thanksgiving meal. We will definitely be back!
