Edley's has the best BBQ food in the WORLD! I've never had a bad meal there. I especially love the burnt ends. Service is "help yourself" and I don't mind at all. A lot of times, I like to help myself when wait staff is busy. You order at the counter when you come in. You're given an order number for your table and your glass for your beverage. Find yourself a table and your food is brought to you and you help yourself to your beverage. I haven't ordered anything from the bar, so I can't help there.

Don't order to go food here. Food won't be right. Food is extremely cold with cold fat still attached. Couldn't fulfill order placed 3 hours before and every protein is either undercooked or over cooked. Worst bbq experience of my life in Nashville being a local. Don't go here. Will see if our refund actually comes.

They got Ebenezer Scrooge portioning out the sides, you only get a lil taste and then you’re back to being hungry. The catfish is good though, I like getting the platter. The pulled pork is a little above market average. The ribs are

This place is outstanding! I go to edley’s at least once a week if not twice. Where else can you go get a kids meal that includes a drink for $5? No where! Their sweet tea is sweet but not too sweet. And the people are great! I came in one evening and the place was crowded. But not one person was rude. And I know they had to be frustrated but they didn’t let it show. I could keep going but I’ll stop.
Stopped in for lunch with and the food and service were incredible. Catfish platter with grits, slaw was the best I ever tasted. Will make sure I stop whenever I'm in town.

Visiting Nashville from out of town and this place hit the spot for a fast meal. Not being from town, I had not realized that this place was a multi location bbq place.I got the brisket platter which is on the pricier end on their menu. It ended up being overall good. I wish the bbq place had a few more sauce options as there was only one. The brisket was delicious but a little dry lacking an acidic component to give it a full depth of flavor.Unfortunately, the beer that I got (the tailgate orange wheat) ended up feeling a bit flat which disappointed the pairing with the brisket.Overall, the service was quite excellent so that adds to the overall rating.
