Ordered a meal and it was so hot I could not eat it. I love Chipotle, but it was as if they mistakenly made it too hot. The restaurant refused to take it back and allow me to pick something else. In fact, I was told they didn’t care if me or a family member dined at their restaurant again. Not to forget we always tip when we get orders to go. I have never been treated this way by a restaurant. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We, unintentionally, terrorize this place quite often with a huge group of kids after baseball games and such. Staff is always patient and welcoming. Great food and service

Edgar is outstanding! He deserves a promotion, raise or something!! Great work! The menu has been updated, looks amazing! You can't beat the top shelf Margaritas! Best in town!
Kid-friendliness: They always treat the kids great! We are there often with our little one as well as our friends with their children.
Service started out great, food came quickly. Unfortunately, I never saw my server again, despite my empty glass for nearly 10 minutes. Finally a different server came by, and he got my server and check. Food was decent, not great.

The food was incredible, with everything bursting with flavor, but the piña loca was the star—beautifully presented and delicious.

I gave this place a try but I wasn’t super impressed. The service was fine but I found the food rather bland. I am skeptical of most Mexican food places here since I am an Arizona native, and this place isn’t somewhere I would probably come back to. I had the bean and cheese dip, carnitas, and my husband had the chicken fajita nachos.

This was our regular Mexican restaurant but we will never come back. The entire restaurant smelled like a cross between sewage and a porta potty. Got drinks, guacamole, and chips then decided to leave due to the smell. They insisted we pay and they absolutely should not have done that. Terrible experience. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK. Go anywhere else.

This place has the worst customer service we have ever. The bill was incorrect according to the menu. They would not correct it and owner cussed at us and talk down to us. Absolutely ridiculous! Verify the price of all drinks or food prior to ordering and check your bill.

We had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff didn't clarify our liquor preferences and then charged us 50% more. When we questioned the bill, we were met with rudeness, disrespect, and even cursing. The manager brought over the owner, who lied, laughed at us, and insulted us by calling us derogatory names in Spanish. They offered a small discount but continued to treat us poorly, dismissing our concerns as if we were a bother. On top of the bad customer service, my food was bland and dry. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Service is polite and fast, the food is consistent and fresh, the margaritas are well mixed—and they don’t skimp on the tequila!! Been going here for years and I love seeing them expand and add new interesting items to the menu. TRY THE QUESABARRIA TACOS, I’m addicted to them and cannot stop! I’ve never had anything here I didn’t love and wouldn’t order again, if you haven’t been here you don’t know what you are missing!!!
