Basic, reliable, fine tasting Mexican food like we grew up with if not a little boring, somewhat dated interior and the price is reasonable for what you get. It’s just not as upscale as some of the newer Mexican dining has become. I do like the ownership and the way they treat their customers.

Be forewarned that they charge 22% tip for parties of 5 or more, and if you’re paying with a credit card, they charge another 3.5% surcharge. For mediocre Mexican food, the markup isn’t worth it. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

I was charged $18.40 for just a to-go burrito! Nothing else. JUST A BURRITO! Waaaay over priced if you ask me. No wonder they don't show their prices online lol. Not to mention, no plastic wear to eat it with or napkins in the bag. Are they serious?!

One of the few decent dining options in Green Hills that is not a chain. EP has been open for many years and is consistent in its menu and flavor. It is small and can get crowded during peak lunch and dinner times, but most times one can grab a booth and get down to business. I like the host of lunch and dinner options available through number and varied food selections. However, the standard fajita, enchilada and taco options can stand alone. The prices are a bit high in relation to other Mexican establishments and the food is no better than many of these. The service is always lackluster but the kitchen churns meals out in a timely fashion. These issues should not deter one from trying the food, which is tasty, and in this part of town, there are no other options for Mexican fare.
The best Margarita in town, unfortunately had no tequila in it . WWhen we asked for a frozen Margarita, the waitress said we need to start the machine up and it took another 15 minutes.My partner ordered a meal and when I said just give me a minute, it took her an extended amount of time to come back and take my order.The food was mediocre and the service was terrible.

Kind, quick, attentive service and delicious food. This is a convenient location. While eating at the restaurant has always been terrific, take-away has not been. The food is good, but the take away orders may be a different item than what was ordered. Also, ordering is still done over the phone, so there's no way to confirm the order as there is online.
