I have been buying lunches from Taco Jalisco for quite long. Thank you JUANITA. ! she stated she is the owner she lacks customer service! loves my $$$ 40$ to 50$ everywhere once or twice! I placed and order over the phone. It was picked up. when I got it it was wrong. I called spoke to Diego he kindly apologized and offer to give my money back or replace it. I couldn't go back and chose to get them replace the next day. so I called today she refused to do so unless I brought the food from last night.? Never apologized she argued laughed and said there was nothing wrong with the order. how does she know ? I am a business owner myself and I treat my clients with respect. will never talked on top of their concerns will never laugh and will never ever asked them if they are done while talking.. Literally Juanita argued with a client because of their mistake. I eaten in many restaurants never ever owners will say such thing bring me your food back it's against the health department regulation! what if We are sick? she wants the food back after being beaten? she will be opening the foodi usually go in person. but this time i had it picked up. She was so entitled the stated I'm owner!! and hung up the phone. this is unacceptable and she needs to be trained and she needs to know people needs to be treat with respect. she is really rude Juanita if I was told yesterday to bring the food back to get it replaced. I wouldnt have never called today. I would have asked them come and get it yesterday. my $$ will not make it to your bank account for sure.

THESE PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN HOW TO FIRE THEIR EMPLOYESS AND GET SOMEONE WHO ISN'T RUDE TO ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS?I SERIOUSLY HAD TO CALL THEM LIKE 6 TIMES NOW,AND BOTH WOMAN GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE FOR ORDERING A SUPPER BURRITO IN WHICH THEY KEPT GETTING WRONG EACH AND EVERY TIME I

The meat in the tacos seems to need more flavor and more cooking

If this is the truck in Murfreesboro on Many Avenue I live here in Nashville I would drive those 32 minutes to enjoy Anwar's great personality and Delicious food I had the Cone Gyro and the picture said everything including the Perfectionist Taste ❣️????

They have online ordering available but you have to make a $15 minimum purchase then they say delivery is $4.99 but they charge $8.99 plus these other fees about online something I ordered an $11 quesadilla and 2 tacos and was told $33 lolololol needless to say I didn't do it I ordered the quesadilla and went and picked it up I won't be back

By all means avoid this gas station style Mexican restaurant, this place does not listen to your orders and prioritizes Mexicans only and leaves Americans on the back burner, this place needs to be shut down or raided by ice

I always come to this place for crab meat tostadas. And Michelle's.Staff very friendly as well
