Awesome staff and vibe. Enjoyed a gf breakfast burrito with gf tortilla, eggs cheese sweet potato which was huge and delicious! Staff very helpful about gf options- forgot to take a photo(sorry). They also have 4 different muffins/pastries gluten free each wrapped and sealed in their own packaging so not exposed to gluten treats. Coffee was delicious- highly recommend 👍

I got the iced honey bear and morsel cinnamon bun. Both yummy. It’s a cute environment and great customer service. The only thing I would say I was bummed about was there isn’t much seating inside. It was also a little tricky to find. I thought it was inside the front doors of the Griff but it’s located to the right of the dentist office door. It would be nice to have a sign outside or something to follow!

Not only does this place serve great coffee, but they’ll even grind your coffee for home brewing when you annoyingly ask. Shoutout Wyatt!

The Arborist boasts Drip coffee, balsam fir, spruce, orange vanilla foam, chartreuse vĂ©gĂ©tal aromatic spritz, smoked salt garnish and tastes unlike any ordinary latte, mocktail, or otherwise. The Elegy burrito tastes nearly as good but could do without Bush’s black beans directly from the can.

Don’t eat the pup cups after your dog and you may have an awesome experience. Just saying Anne

Very stylish coffee shop in Germantown neighborhood of Nashville. Very friendly staff. We were glad to find it on a rainy afternoon! (Photos show next-door landmark buildings.)

I absolutely love elegy! The employees are always so welcoming and kind! Even when the store is packed, each staff member takes plenty of time to make sure you are well taken care of! The food and coffee is always made so well, and is consistently tasty. At my last visit to elegy, the cashier, fay, was so incredibly helpful and made my experience there so fun! Would 10/10 recommend for anyone needing a quick breakfast, a delicious coffee, or a chill place to study and enjoy anything off of their menu!

I’m a Nashville native who really wanted to give the new Germantown spots a chance, so I stopped by Elegy Coffee for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience was uncomfortable from the moment I walked in.The cashier made eye contact with me multiple times but didn’t acknowledge me or greet me for several minutes. She continued doing random tasks, then started washing her hands. I finally asked if they were still taking orders, and she stayed silent for a moment before eventually ringing me up.When my drink was ready, she handed it to me with a quick “here you go.” I said “thank you,” and she didn’t respond—just walked away. The drink was also made incorrectly, but I felt too uncomfortable to try to get her attention after she basically stormed off.The whole interaction felt cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I’m not sure what the issue was, but it definitely wasn’t the vibe I expected from a local Nashville coffee shop. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

I had a really disappointing experience at this coffee shop. The barista initially refused to make my drink in my YETI thermos because she said it was “uncleanly” - despite the YETI being pretty much new. I then went to the restroom to rinse it to accommodate her. When she finally agreed to make the coffee, she slammed the YETI down on the counter afterward having the coffee spray out of the mug as it was so aggressive. The day before, the exact same mug was accepted without issue at the same location - they even rinsed it for me prior to pouring my coffee! Most coffee shops encourage the use of reusable mugs, so this felt completely unnecessary and frankly pretty hostile. After spending $17 on two flat whites this is not the service I expect or that anyone deserves. If you have a barista who doesn’t want to accept or handle reusable mugs then come up with a policy ahead of time - don’t make the customer feel like they’ve done something wrong. What a terrible way to start the morning. Will never step foot in here again.

The service and atmosphere at Elegy Coffee were great, but we found our coffee disappointing. It tasted fair but was served to us lukewarm. I'm sure this was just an accident, as many of Elegy's reviews are satisfactory.

Snagged a yummy vegan burrito here ! A bit over salty but the salsa mellowed the salt out for a perfect brunch bite.

I was DUPED!! Had the best cold brew of my life, however I did not know taking it to-go in a bear bottle made it go from $5 to $17?? Like whatttt? And the barista didn't even make it he just told me to grab it out of the case I can't believe I fell for that 😭😭😭

Great coffee and great energy! It’s a small place but always super efficient. They are famously known for their Honey Bear Latte, but I gravitated more towards their Black & White coffee and it was so yummy! Could not rate food since I have only ordered their coffee products.

The coffee is great. The staff is hit or miss, kind of forgetful. The place is way less cool since they started kicking out dogs. The female manager really lays into dog owners. It’s sad
