Excellent place to celebrate a dear friends birthday. They happily refrigerated her cake while we ate and it was no rush at all! Excellent drink recommendations by the waiter- a new peach drink- amazing! Wonderful service, very personable and kept the night light and fun! Delicious variety of apps and dinner to share.

We were thrilled to be able to seat 8 of us for an early dinner. Very accommodating and warm welcome. Great service and the food was tasty.

Grabbed a casual dinner with friends before heading to TPAC for a show. Food was good, our server Jenna was great, and they got us in and out without feeling rushed as we headed to the show.

We had a group of six ladies and had been last year to Ellingtons. Dinner before our TPAC show just wasn't what we expected or experienced last year. The room is so dark you can't see the menu. Salmon was too salty. Hamburger was tough. Other meals were very basic and not good.

The lobster was tough and I couldn't eat it. The restaurant's website promotes happy hour and includes oysters during this time. I can't find where it says happy hour is only for the chairs at the bar. Disappointing experience

Our dining experience was very good. We began with cocktails, created with skill, and then move into appetizers. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the Peppadews were pleasant bites to snack on while we enjoyed our Anniversary dinner date. For the entree, the salmon was perfectly cooked, with a lovely crust on the top and tender inside. It rested in top of a fennel risotto, that was also a treat. Overall, this is a great date night dinner, if you're into conversation. All notes were hit!

Excellent service and great food (at reasonable prices for Nashville). Quiet dining room, allowing easy conversation. Highly recommend.

Scheduled a business dinner for out of town executives. They accommodated the changing timelines and were gracious enough to change the reservation for us. The team has all come back saying even though the menu is smaller, every single thing they ordered was raved about. The ambiance in the space works for business dinners, happy hours and date nights. Tucked on the 4th floor of a hotel it's not a space that gets slammed with concert goers or drinkers so the noise level is great. I have been coming here for years for happy hours about work and never had a complaint. The terrace is wonderful on warmer days. 10/10 would send my executives again!

Ellington's is our go-to place if we're starting an evening in Nashville. The food and drinks are always great, the service is always great, and there aren't a lot of tourists. Really nice relaxing times.

Service was excellent, food was great! There was a slight lag between ordering a meal and receiving it (about 40 minutes), but great things take time! The waitstaff was very attentive while we waited.

This place is amazing. The food is delicious, especially their version of deviled eggs, I was obsessed. All the food was magnificent. The service was fantastic, I can't recall the gents name, but he was a tall drink of water, he was very professional and friendly. The atmosphere to me was more romantic, but I was with a large group, so we sat in a room towards the rear. All in all, I highly recommend this establishment. You won't be disappointed!

We always enjoy ourselves here. The staff is very attentive. They are always warm and welcoming. They food is outstanding. Their chicken dish is always a pleaser. Their gnocchi was beyond words. There burgers are spot on. We always leave stuffed. The prices are good for this level of restaurant. We will continue to go back when in town.

We would've loved to see the quality of the food a bit better. We had steak and it was cooked well not a lot of flavor.

This will be a mixed honest review. This was a last minute reservation for a party of 15 of us. The drinks were good, service was good, food did take a little longer to come out but it was a group of us. I had the roasted halibut and I would rate that a 7/10 not bad. Some of my family had mixed reviews. The apps were good as well.

Ellingtons is a hidden treasure. It's located on the fourth floor of the Fairlane Hotel. I was in town for a cousins reunion and wanted to dine somewhere that would accommodate our party of 12 and offer something other than fried or hot chicken. I had hoped to dine on the wrap around patio, but since the weather was drizzly a seperate private dining room was set up for us. It was perfect. It was the best dining experienc I had while in Nashville. The food was excellent, the ambiance, so elegant and the staff's attentiveness made our party of 12 feel most welcome. Do yourself a favor and dine at Ellingtons. As a bonus it's located close to Bankers Alley which offers an after dinner music experience. Thank you Ellingtons for providing a beautiful closing memory to our family reunion.
