The food, service, as well as the atmosphere is always great. Linda, always stop to have words & we share laughter as she and the entire staff make sure everything is good. Sure I'm a regular since moving here in 2010. I always bring my out of town guests here for a sure pleasant meal and experience of what's authentic in Nashville.

My absolute favorite diner in Nashville!! The pancakes, the biscuits, the chicken and dumplings and don’t forget the deserts! They are legendary. Oh and the staff! They make you feel like family. The soda fountain bar, 50’s diner vibe, music box at each table. You will NOT be disappointed. This is true gem in midtown Nashville.

Like stepping into a time machine, Elliston Place is spectacular. Highly recommend the fried green tomatoes and the ice cream soda. A Nashville must visit and they even have their own GooGoo.

If i could give 0 star on food i would. Coffee, bacon seemed like it was old, grits were awful (bitter) pancakes were dry. Didn't think breakfast could be messed up. $50 wasted

Wow a cool find! Ran into this place randomly, and wasn’t expecting much. The food was AMAZING. Our waitress was very attentive, and the restaurant is themed and cute!

Very good shakes, including old fashioned malts. And they have a walk-up takeout window! How cool is that?

Unique atmosphere, came on a busy Saturday night and few mistakes, but it’s understandable. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed. Good food, great prices. Shakes were amazing. Service was slow, but again, that’s understandable considering it being a Saturday night. Definitely will come back again! (will have to come in on a Monday to try chicken and dumplings).

This was a stop on my childhood rotation of old nashville restaurants, my mother didn't cook. I haven't been back for many years and it remains a reward.

Food is what one would expect, but it's definitely worth a stop for anyone visiting town. Welcome to town party people. Let's have a ball....oh and parking, the lot next door that used to be a Krispy Kreme gives an hour free parking for soda shop patrons.

Don't pay to park on the street. Park in the off-street lot next door and they will validate. Come hungry as the serving size is huge. I ordered a vanilla malt, bit didn't care for it. The milkshake was loaded with way too many crushed malted balls. Give the place a chance.
