I called because our pizza was never delivered and to check why. The person who answered told me it was picked up. It never was they closed and lied to me. That is just not cool.

Hidden gem! The pizza is knock out the box slamming. Our waitress was so great we went back the next night and nixed the Tennessee BBQ.

I’m writing this review solely in regard to the manager, Melissa, at the 12th Ave S location. We booked the upstairs seating for a large party because during our last visit, the tables had been arranged together to form one long table so everyone could sit as a group. This time, however, the tables were all separated due to fire safety regulations.

What truly disappointed us wasn’t the setup itself, but Melissa’s consistently rude and hostile attitude throughout our interactions. From the very first conversation about seating, she was defensive and beyond rude with every response, as if customer interactions wasn’t a part of her job description. We were paying a significant amount of money to reserve the space, and the way she spoke to us — with a complete lack of courtesy or professionalism — was unacceptable.

She treated us like an inconvenience from the moment we walked in, showed no interest in working with me to find an alternate solution, and spoke to me in a condescending tone. For someone in a managerial position, this behavior is shocking. If customer service isn’t Melissa’s strength, Emmy Squared should seriously consider placing someone else in that role.

It’s unfortunate that such a promising evening was tainted by her attitude. The rest of the staff were wonderful, and the food was great — but we won’t be returning because of how poorly we were treated by the manager.

The MVP pizza - just do it We get it every time and it's so so good! Or do the VIP if you like a little heat!

One of my favorite restaurants! We went here for our 1 year anniversary (this was our first date) and they read our open table notes!! Wished us happy anniversary and gave us a sweet treat and champagne to celebrate!!! :) Our waitress Brittany G and hostess (brown hair in a ponytail sorry I can't remember your name) were so sweet and made are anniversary dinner a success!!!

Our Uber driver recommended the famous burger. The way he described it made our mouths water and he wasn't wrong. We went yesterday and it was literally the best burger we had ever eaten. The server, Daniela was very attentive and made us feel like regulars. Tonight after seeing a show at the Opry, we headed straight over for another burger before we go back home. It was equally delicious. Looks like we need to come back to Nashville soon for an Emmy Squared burger. Thank you all for such a nice experience, and thank you Nate, the Uber driver for the recommendation. Don't know why the trolley drivers don't mention you.

Quick delicious meal with a 🍒 coke. My favorite is the margarita pizza and caesar salad. The bartender and manager were helpful and pleasant.
