The food was outstanding and great friendly service. We sat at the Chefs counter to watch the kitchen action. Fun but a bit hectic. Next time will seat a table for a more relaxing quiet dinner.

Etch-cellent experience. My youngest daughter wants to be a chef, so we arrived early and sat at the Chef's Bar to create the best opportunity for her to interact with the staff. Everyone was wonderfully supportive and staff continued to stop by and offer real-time insights when after the place became really busy. We'll go back.

Nothing like the experience described on their website. Never mind the dress code we followed it and felt over dressed. If you're looking for fine dining this isn't it. My steak was considerably over cooked. To the staff credit they did comp deserts and apologized for the mistake. Service was better than normal.

Everything was amazing. Venison, chicken and pork rib eye were all great with accompaniment sides. We also ordered the beets salad and crispy potato salad which was a show stopper.

I had a great lunch in downtown Nashville. I tried the cornmeal catfish with the sweet potato beignets, and it was outstanding. The staff was great, and I liked my seat seeing into the kitchen.
Was a bit slow to get the food—we were there for a conference, had 90 minutes and one of us had to get the food to go—but the food was impeccable and the server was fabulous.

We love to try new places when we go out of town and Etch was FABULOUS! We are so glad our AirBnB neighbors we met told us about this place. It was by far the best dining “food” experience we had in Nashville. Will definitely be back!

This is now our favorite restaurant in Nashville. Hats off to the chefs for wonderful flavors and food cooked to perfection. Also our server, Joseph was excellent. All the staff were courteous and attentive and ambience perfect for a relaxing evening. Thanks Raven, excellent establishment.
