Went to Etch for lunch after leaving country music Hall of Fame it’s a short walk. It was four of us. We had the grilled flatbread the Mediterranean salad, which was excellent chicken Parmesan see a hoagie and the wasabi salmon.and smoked salmon on sourdough had some desserts that were excellent. The wine list was extensive The restaurant definitely lived up to a reputation. I would recommend it. It was perfect for lunch. I’ve never tried it for dinner, but it was excellent. I would go back. A waitress Christy made it an enjoyable lunch.
Went here after having such an enjoyable birthday celebration last year. Me and my son’s girl had the dry while Italian blend (thank you, Kevin, for solid guidance throughout!) which was very good, and the men had Daxacan Reverie, whatever that is. Started out with the Steak Carpaccio and the roasted cauliflower with several sauces—both very good! Then, one person had the shrimp entree, ate it all! My son had the Chef’s special Mahi Mahi, all of this came with various other things that were special! Friend got the filet, and I got the salmon. We all marveled that we could not get the sautéed Brussels sprouts to be tender, but restaurants can! This was all wonderful. We finished with various desserts, that were equally amazing! It is a splurge, but once a year, you should do it.
This was our second time at Etch! Originally we visited the restaurant a year and a half ago and came back because they had the best mussels I’ve tried. Their menu constantly changes so they did not have it anymore on the menu but everything else that we tried was delicious and the service was spectacular and we would definitely come back. I highly recommend the duck pastry and the cheese plate. All products are fresh and made from scratch and their lunch menu differs from dinner menu.
Our server Hileen was great. The food was amazing as always, and that gingerbread sundae was absolutely delicious. I will have to go back just for that sundae immediately!!
The food was incredible we had the duck tart as an appetizer, filet and salmon for our main course and it was immaculate. Price for 3 people with 2 apps, 3 entrées, and a desert was only $200 and honestly I probably would game been more than happy to pay 100 a plate. That's how amazing the food was. Our server was very attentive and got us water whenever it was low, along with the food coming out extremely quickly. If you are in Nashville definitely give it a try.
The food was outstanding and the service was superlative! From appetizers, main course to dessert. We are so glad we were able to get a reservation.
Because it was so good last time I ordered again the shrimp and octopus bruschetta. The bread is perfect. The greens, capers, bacon, shrimp, big big chunks of tender octopus, seasonings. Oh my it is so good. My friend got the smoked carpaccio again and it looked like rare fillet. I wish I had room to eat that too. My other friend ordered the roasted brussels sprouts and she said that was extraordinary. We also-the three of us- split their wonderful roasted cauliflower appetizer — more than enough for three people with two different added sauces. Friendly friendly, fast, fast service. I can't say enough about this wonderful place. Oh and I forgot - complementary valet parking that allowed us to leave our car during the symphony concert after dinner.
Excellent cocktails, food & service. We arrived earlier than our reservation so we waited at the bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Etch.
We went before the CMA awards it was a great location for a bite before the show. Service was super efficient. Good pre-show dinner
Had been anxious to return after our prior visit two years ago, which was excellent. The food was not great, shouldve read TA reviews! The service was not streamlined as Id remembered from prior visit either. Drinks were good, wine list very good. The starter of Parker house rolls was great. But My husbands entree of salmon was just ok, nothing special. My chefs special wasnot described well by the server, probably because we couldnt hear her due to how noisy the restaurant is, - salty dark breaded, fried (?) red fish with potato croquets which were also overcooked and salty and an eggplant remoulade that was salty. I could only eat half, and I am not one who is particularly salt sensitive. Now Im seeing quite a few other TA reviews below mentioning over salting, shame on me! Wont be back.

The menu was both original and interesting- and everything e ordered was delicious. Terrific vibe and bet helpful, friendly staff .
Had a group business dinner here. Service was excellent. Food was decent, but I’ve had better at other places. Great location. I would suggest perhaps sitting at the kitchen bar.
The food, ambience, and service were all absolutely fantastic! First we had an extremely helpful hostess modify our reservation. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with an elegant yet welcoming decor. Our server was friendly, enthusiastic & energetic. Once we mentioned a food allergy a manager came over to review the menu. All of our dishes were delicious & beautifully presented. They also offered fresh warm gluten-free rolls which are a very rare find!
Excellent food and service in a beautiful environment. Ate at the kitchen bar and thoroughly enjoyed it
Food was wonderful and service was great. Chefs Counter was fun to sit at but be prepared for lots of noise and hustle and bustle of the staff. Would definitely recommend.
