So accommodating of my dietary requirements, our waiter Nate took time to annotate the entire menu to work out what was possible. Delicious food which looked like a work of art on the plate. My fiancé and I had a great time here. Good food, good drinks, and wonderful customer service. If you haven't been, you have to try this place out. It's a little pricey but well worth it. We recommend the chef's creation (Moroccan inspired pork dish).

I decided to dine here because it was listed as one of the better restaurants in Nashville.... It feels a little dated inside, like it could use a good remodel...The food that was coming out of the kitchen looked delicious but my meal must have gotten lost in the craziness of the evening because it was just satisfactory...My waiter forgot me at the chef's bar, perhaps because I was dining solo... I had to wave down other waiters a few times to order some additional food...I think they are trying to do quiet, elegant fine dining but the place is a zoo, completely overcrowded both audibly and visually.... It's missing that touch of glamour that would be a perfect compliment to the menu...

My husband and I had a gift card for Etch.We were seeing a show at the Ryman, so we decided to make reservations prior to the concert.We had been numerous times years ago and always enjoyed it. I suppose we just forgot how wonderful the restaurant was.I certainly won’t wait years before I return.The food was amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly. Everything was fresh and presented beautifully.Carter was our server, and the service was stellar.I’m fairly certain that we ate every last bite of everything we ordered. And we ordered a lot.The only thing that I probably wouldn’t order again were the empanadas, but if somebody in my group ordered them, I would certainly have a bite .We ordered:Cauliflower and empanadas for appetizersThe etch saladScallops, and from the sea, which was mahi-mahiAnd the coconut dessert
I've been in a lot of restaurants in my life almost every day I go to a different good restaurant this restaurant definitely one of the best the chef didn't miss everything was so delicious server was super great very friendly, very welcoming !!! Highly highly highly recommended
Our server, Lisa, was outstanding. She let us try a few wines to pair with our seafood entrees before committing to a bottle. The scallops and the ‘From the Sea' special were delicious. etch is a great place to celebrate a birthday. We were given a card signed by the staff and a champagne toast to end our wonderful dining experience!
Food, cocktails, service and atmosphere is on point. Never disappoints! I have been there with a friend visiting Nashville and my daughter took me there recently for my birthday. Everything was exceptional. Valet parking is a plus!

The food at Etch is always superb. Our favorite. The filet is probably the simplest entree for thr purist. The carpaccio is my fave appetizer after the iconic roasted cauliflower .
