Celebrated a friend's birthday.
We waited 1-1/2 hours to order food. Then another hour to get the food and it was not good. The manager did comp the entree. However, the atmosphere was upbeat and fun. Want go for dinner but the cocktails were good.

We went late on an weekday and the service was amazing. Being so late but they welcomed us in and had very prompt service. Started off when there selection of waters from all over and then moved into the sake. With a very extensive collection I was able to get a good variety to accompany the meal.

Our party had a reservation at 7:45 PM. We all arrived on time and were told there would be a 15-minute wait for our table. Instead, we were led upstairs to the bar area and left waiting for over an hour.

This was meant to be a birthday celebration, yet we ended up walking out, cake in hand, without ever being seated. Throughout this entire ordeal, not a single staff member offered an apology.

We booked through OpenTable and even paid a reservation fee, which we were charged despite arriving on time. I had to call the restaurant a couple of days later regarding this issue. The “manager” told me she would email me, yet I never received an apology or any follow-up.

We are extremely disappointed in how this restaurant operates. We went out of our way to drive to Nashville, pay a deposit fee, and pay for parking, only to leave feeling ignored, disrespected, and unwelcome.

Had reservations for Friday evening. Made them many days in advance. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and the hostess told us it would be about 20 minutes. No problem so far.

After 45 minutes of waiting, we asked the hostess, and she said another 15 minutes. After a total of more than one and a half hours of waiting, with no apology from anyone, we told the hostess we were leaving. Again, no apology or anything. We paid $10 for parking and were charged $20 by Open Table for nothing.

We will not be going back to this restaurant. The manager(s) should all be fired. Apparently, they do not know how to run a restaurant.

It was late in the evening by this time and had limited choices. We went to Taco Bell. The parking was free, the service was good, the staff was friendly, the food was served hot, and it was delicious. The total bill for 3 of us was $27. Taco Bell gets 5 stars for the night.

Brought my team up here and everyone can’t stop talking about how beautiful the building was. The dj was doing her thing too, we all had such a wonderful time. I got the number for their event coordinator so I’ll be trying to set some space for our Christmas party. Also will be asking for the server Reo we had awesome.

Was invited here by my in-laws and our whole table was so impressed. We had so many shareable, and we split a bunch of dinners. Everything was so good and hot to the table. They were extremely busy, with it being the new hot thing in town. Rio and Pablo made sure we had everything we needed.

New spot in town and we got seated immediately. We were lucky because it seemed like not even 15 minutes later it was packed with a line. Lucky is the word for our visit, from Rios extensive service to the mouth watering food we all shared. Don’t wait on this and get ourself a reservation.

My wife and I were excited to try this new restaurant for our anniversary. We booked a reservation for 8pm, and upon arrival was told they were running behind and that it would be about 15 minutes. They ushered us upstairs to wait. After 30 minutes we went to check on our table again only to be told it would be another 20 minutes. We continued to wait and be patient, but after an hour and a half of waiting with lackluster communication we decided to leave. A note to management, there were multiple parties there to celebrate special occasions. Some parties had been there for two hours waiting, only to be met with having to leave hours after arriving with their cakes in hand.

My group of friends (6 of us) had a reservation for 7:45 PM to celebrate our friend’s birthday. Upon entering, we were taken upstairs and were told it would be about 15 minutes before they could seat us. Before we knew it, over an hour went by with vague reassurances by the staff claiming we would be sat soon and that they were running behind. About 30 to 45 mins after waiting, a staff member came up and offered us some apps (fries) on the house, only they never came. After a full hour of waiting, there were no fries and still no table. I had gone up to the bar to try and order a drink while we waited, and even the bar was running behind. We were thirsty and starving and eventually just decided to go somewhere else. We were all really excited to try this new restaurant, but given the amount of people that were also in the same situation, there are definitely some issues behind the scenes that need to be fixed. There are some fantastic restaurants even within walking distance of this place, so unless you have hours to kill just waiting for a table (that you RESERVED), I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I was so excited to dine here after seeing some social media reels and it delivered in spades. My drinks were so good and creative. Food was hot and delicious definitely loved the spin on the Asian fusion.
