This review is regarding Lily C. at the Hermitage location. By far the best server I've had at that location in months if not years. Very pleasant. Checked on us often. Very friendly and engaged in conversation when she didn't even have to. She redeemed this location which I had began to lose faith in. She's in college as she told us during friendly conversation, and this will not be her career, sadly. Great job. Food was also excellent. She said the kitchen was understaffed but you wouldn't have known it. She said their Hispanic cook was full throttle getting it done by himself. Perfect experience!!!!

Never got my order. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I tried to order from this place three different times on three different days at three different times of day while visiting Nashville and my order was never delivered. I called the restaurant each time and each time they said they handed the order to someone but didn’t know who it was. The man I spoke with said he was going to remake my order and send it but suddenly my order was canceled. I wasted an hour waiting for food that never arrived.

I was picking up a to go order, and the host with the glasses was unbelievably rude? I get having a bad day, but her rolling her eyes, not saying anything instead of staring, rolling eyes/shrugging essentially waiting for me to speak. That’s not a good look as a host, I work as a manager at a restaurant and if one of my associates acted like that I would be so embarrassed.
I hope her day gets better and she learns some hospitality.

I had Davon as my server and he was a 10/10 server but I felt bad for him because he had a drunk customer that got mad he had to stop serving him alcohol. That man should never be allowed back in there. Thanks again Davon you were great!

Everything was great, Cameron was an amazing bartender. Great service 10/10!I have a new update the bartender Davon will smile in your face to try to make it like he's taking care of you but his service is slow you can't get and extra pour regardless if you tip him good and if your a regular he'll get you cut off.I dont know if he rode the short bus or the short bus with helmets!!!!

Ordered some egg rolls to go. Followed the procedures pulled up sat outside for 6 minutes after they said my order was ready and waited but no one came. I had to park my car and go inside to pick up my order I was not impressed, plus I did not like the egg rolls.

I ordered on Uber eats and the food looked and tasted amazing the brisket was delicious and tender they gave plenty of food and the price was good no complaints

Love it

The food was delicious! I had the brisket, chicken wings and chopped park. All were prepared perfectly. The brisket was so tender. The sides were garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. The meal came with a miniature corn muffin too. The service started out a little slow, but ended on a high note.

Fried pickles, burnt ends, pulled pork sandwich, jalapeño sausage, Bleu burger. All were delicious and their prices are reasonable. Sides are good and the bread pudding was tasty.

I came in for a two meat combo sat in guest parking for a considerable amount of time. The young girl doing to go was so apologetic and so kind. She should get a raise. Young African-American young lady. Now to the food! The baby backs were supposed to be dry rub no taste whatsoever and over cook slightly. The tips were cut horrible nothing but fat wasn't edible. Im starting to think this location may be a hit or miss. It was totally a miss this time.
