Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que

Man very disappointed. I made a carryout order in person in the store. The staff were great and got the food out promptly. Got to my house 5 min away. The fries and chicken tenders were soggy and seemed like they must have been sitting out pre-made. The brisket was sad really I feel bad for that cow to have been butchered for that. The wings I got were ok but in terms of take out wings easily the sorriest I’ve had in years.

Let me start my saying I don't ever do this. But the experience I had this Thanksgiving with my order of ham and turkey that I got from Famous Dave's was so freaking fantastic, that I had to share it. My daughter, nor I, generally like turkey. I had decided to order some ham and after some persuasion from my friend, and Famous Dave's manager, Antionette, I ordered a couple pounds of turkey as well. It was, BY FAR, the BEST turkey I have EVER had in my life. The ham was also phenomenal, but we like ham so much in my house, it's not uncommon for it to go quick anyway. However, turkey usually gets thrown out, if we even bother having it. Not this year. We ate every bite and wished we had gotten more. I can't describe adequately how good it was, so I won't try, but I just had to shout out to the whole Famous Dave's staff for what they do over there. The ease it took to make a call and a few days later, pull up and have it brought out made it so easy and convenient as well. A special thanks to Antionette for working so hard to make our food so good and our Thanksgiving this year so special! 5 stars all the way!

Did not receive fries on 2 parts of our order. Restaurant near empty when we picked up. The best thing I was offered was a coupon code to redeem fries for free on our next order.

It doesn’t get any better than this place! Famous Dave’s Hermitage always has a welcoming atmosphere, from the smiles on the faces to the smell of the ‘cue. I can’t eat here enough! I love the burnt ends & stuff but they’ve got a burger that’s unbelievably delicious. Pulled pork on top & everything. HUGE. Everybody’s happy!

I asked for beef brisket and it came as chopped meat, weird texture...not impressed...I thought I would give it another try but not good idea.

I paid $24 dollars for a pick 2 with rib tips and beef brisket that I was charged an extra dollar for and did not get. When getting carry out check your order thoroughly. Waste of money because I was too tired after going here for a carry out to enjoy at home. I was too exhausted to drive back. This place needs to show the to go customers just as much care and compassion when preparing meals.
