We were amazed at the incredible service we got here. We’ve been to other locations and while they were good, our experience here in Madison was exceptional! It was also very clean, organized, and service was quick as well.

We went out on date night, he had never ate there before. The atmosphere & service was good, we got back home w/our take out to see the Chicken Alfredo didn't have really any sauce 🙁 it was his favorite, & his 1st time. He was so so with it but ended up wasting the food due to the lack of sauce. I offered to go back to the restaurant or to the store to get some sauce but he said no don't worry about it! 😶

Great food, VERY good and quick service, clean dining area, decent value. They said the Spicy Chicken Ziti only had a “little” kick to it. I found it to be slightly more than a “little” kick, but thankfully for me, I can handle medium-hot spicy… it was closer to buffalo spicy than chipotle, but delicious nonetheless. The bottomless breadsticks was nice too, my wife had been to a Fazoli’s before and I hadn’t am she said the breadsticks were just as good as she remembered :) also I find it rare when restaurants have truly “kapow”, really good Dr Pepper and this one of them.

I've never dined in the restaurant. But every single time I've placed a takeout order,the service and food has always been great. My family and I enjoy the meatball sub, slices of pepperoni pizza, spaghetti with meat sauce and chicken fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms, and broccoli. I love the chocolate cheesecake. It's delicious.The prices for the items are affordable. Not to mention that Fazzoli always have specials and coupons.

First time eating in, I always carried out... 5stars, the dining room was spotless, comfortable & staff was friendly!!! The food was fresh, hot & on my table before I could even fill my drink cup after paying... Tiffany was awesome, friendly & had no problem accommodating my request to give me my lemon water ice after my meal on my way out... Highly recommend the Madison Fazoli's !!!
