The food was exactly as it always is from Fazoli's. The reason for the low rating is the quality of the service. They forgot about two entree items and didn't offer bread sticks. Also the dining room was really dirty with plates and dirty tables everywhere. I will be back and will update the rating if it is justified.
The manager Christie is a ROCKSTAR!!! I was having a problem redeeming an item using my rewards. It wouldn't accept the barcode scan. Christie was able to figure out what the problem was solved. I eat there quite often and not once was the food not hot, fresh and delicious. Fazolis should be grateful for having a manager like her running one of there stores.
In town for vacation and had to stop. We don’t have these at home anymore. Granted Fazoli’s is fast food, but this place has it going on. Friendly service from the get go, followed by quick service, and fresh food. A clean restaurant with a good atmosphere.
