We played a wedding a few weeks ago that Fiestas By Lisa catered. The food is outstanding! All of it—the beef, chicken, queso, guacamole, salsa, etc was all fantastic! We play countless private events with catered food, and this food was loved by the band as much as any we ever had!

She was very friendly and professional and made sure that people were served in a timely fashion. Lisa also worked with us to make sure everything fit in our budget and even packed up leftovers for guests to take home at the end of the night. Most importantly, the food was delicious. My wife’s family is Mexican-American and flew in from California and New Mexico. They all had a great things to say about the food. If you’re looking for a caterer to do Mexican food in Nashville, Lisa is a great choice.
