I would DEFINITELY use Lisa again! My daughter got married two weeks ago at Owen Farm in Chapmansboro, TN, and she and her team did a wonderful job. She set up a taco and fajita bar for guests for dinner and a nacho bar for the appetizer hour. The food was very good with many compliments from our guests. The part I loved the most is how easy she is to work with. She told me from our first conversation that she would take care of everything, and she and her staff did just that. Besides setting out the dinner and appetizers, she provided tea, lemonade, and water that she kept stocked, cut and served the wedding cake, set up and plated an additional dessert table, and helped with clean up. They packaged up all of the leftovers in sturdy containers for us to take home. I am also glad I chose to hire servers through her. I didn't have to worry about anything during the reception which is exactly what I wanted! Thank you Lisa!

We played a wedding a few weeks ago that Fiestas By Lisa catered. The food is outstanding! All of it—the beef, chicken, queso, guacamole, salsa, etc was all fantastic! We play countless private events with catered food, and this food was loved by the band as much as any we ever had!

Lisa just catered our wedding at 14Tenn in Nashville. My wife and I had a great experience and give her our full recommendation. She was very friendly and professional and made sure that people were served in a timely fashion. Lisa also worked with us to make sure everything fit in our budget and even packed up leftovers for guests to take home at the end of the night. Most importantly, the food was delicious. My wife’s family is Mexican-American and flew in from California and New Mexico. They all had a great things to say about the food. If you’re looking for a caterer to do Mexican food in Nashville, Lisa is a great choice.
