A great stay this hotel was definitely more along the lines of a mini resort. My husband and I were extremely comfortable and it was literally right off of the main strip of the famous Nashville, Tennessee Broad Street. An easy walk to everything! What a lovely place to stay. Not to mention, I felt extremely safe. The front staff was super helpful. There was a great restaurant that we had breakfast at also a fully functioning Starbucks and a very cute shop to get souvenirs from that I would definitely recommend this place for a stay while visiting Nashville.

My husband and I came from California for my birthday. We just got to the hotel to check in. Our reservation is for a Wyndham Vacation Club room. We went to the front desk, gave our name and were sent to a separate counter labeled Vacation Club rooms. We gave that person our name and he went to a back room, came out a second later and sent us back to the regular check in reception desk. I thought that was strange, but just went with it. They gave us a room, we went to it and it's not a Vacation Club room. So we went back to the front desk to explain that we had reserved a Vacation Club room. They told us they would get the manager. The manager came out and told us they had overbooked the Vacation Club suites. So I said, so we just don't get the upgraded room we reserved? He said, sorry there's nothing he can do. And gave us free margarita vouchers. Are you kidding me?! How completely unbelievable that they are able to do this? Just give us a different room than we reserved? And to not tell us when we checked in and try to send us to a different room and think we wouldn't notice?! Shady! We will never come here again. Such a bummer to start the trip off this way.

Staying in a nice unit on the 6th floor of the Margaritaville Hotel with 6-8 inches of snow outside. It was great to be able to go for food at a fun place on the 4th floor. Great service. The nachos were good but would have been much better if they were hot and the grated cheese was melted. We came back for dinner and got the cheeseburger and fries, which were delicious!

Luis was amazing in Fins!! He made our trip. He had such a positive attitude and a friendly smile. We came back after being on Broadway and it was a great place to unwind and have a night cap. We came back each evening. A+ service by Luis!! Music by Stephanie rocked as well.

We loved staying here at the hotel. The Fins bar was a great place to chill and hang out during the afternoon. Kim B. was amazing! She kept the drinks full and the laughs a plenty. Can’t wait to come back.

Love this rooftop bar! A private party had previously booked part of the pool area, which was only a minor inconvenience. Tamar was our server and was so kind and gracious. Unfortunately another group was inappropriately rude and cause a scene. Tamar handled it with grace and a smile. She’s the best!!! She returned to our party with free drinks just because we weren’t jerks! Life is too short to be mean! Would definitely recommend! Ask for Tamar!

Tamar was absolutely amazing! We were hanging out at the pool, having drinks, and enjoying the atmosphere, when we were asked to move to a different area, due to a party coming in. Tamar was so accommodating with the prices of moving us, even bringing us tables. Then she was told that they would need an even bigger area than previously thought, so she asked us to move again, which we did willingly. Tamar was so apologetic, and we told her she was only doing her job and we were glad to move. She ended up getting us free drinks from the bar and told us that we made her day, because we were the only ones who didn’t give her a hard time over moving. She was so friendly and concerned about us receiving the best customer service. Kudos to Tamar!

What a fabulous bartender! Patrick Mcloud! Very attentive & ambitious! Made us very spicy bloody Mary’s and his own version of a pink lemonade with tequila! Delicious!! He’s got a lot of energy & serves you with a smile! Definitely a go getter! Great bartender! Made us want to come back just to see what he was going to make next!
